We walked away after our first visit to their store knowing that we'd made the right decision. We needed someone to guide us through the project decision-making. Darci fit that bill perfectly! She was so friendly and patient with us, showing us a variety of options of products in different price ranges and styles. She listened when we said that we didn't want to spend so much on an item. We live in Jackson, so it was very convenient to stop by their store. Eddie was a pleasure to work with in our home. His work is top-notch and he cleaned up the space at the end of each work day. He works hard and efficiently. Both Eddie and Darci communicated with us well, are honest, and organized. Our project was started and finished when they projected it would be. We know that we might have paid a bit less if we'd acted as our own contractor, but I am so glad that we didn't. We paid for their professional services, and it was worth it! We are still in that phase where we sit and stare in awe at what ADH accomplished for us. This major construction journey began last fall, when I thoroughly researched every well-reviewed home remodeling company serving this area. I only considered companies with more than 4 stars on Yelp and Google. We interviewed and received bids from five of them, and we were comfortable choosing ADH. We now know we made exactly the right decision. Amazingly, ADH came to us with a proposal that included everything on our wish list, and at a significantly more reasonable price than any of the others. We were impressed by their showroom, and we were especially drawn to ADH because it has its own manufacturing facility, where it custom-makes the high-end cabinetry it installs. Osa was our designer, and she was terrific. Osa was easy to work with, always available when we needed her help, and supportive in every way imaginable. Spending at this level, and contemplating at least a month of daily construction in the home, is stressful. Yet Osa assured us and explained the process in ways that alleviated many of our concerns. We felt fortunate to have her at our side all along the way. Every single ADH employee that we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with. Andrey was our project manager, and his competence and calm demeanor throughout were always helpful. Our remodel involved having workers in our home every day for a month. The respect and care they showed for our home and our comfort throughout the construction period were above and beyond anything we expected. I am posting pictures of the before and after, but no photo can do justice to the dramatic difference these changes made to our home. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, the countertops are magnificent, and the fit and finish of every part this project are first-class all the way. Obviously, I highly recommend ADH for any level of remodeling you are thinking about. You should do whatever amount of research makes you comfortable, but to the extent that customer reviews make a difference to you, know that this customer is an enthusiastic endorser of this terrific company.

Comparing to the other quotes I had obtained the price seemed fair and I felt comfortable booking with them due to their affiliation with Costco. From the consultation to the scheduling of appointments and the installation every thing went smoothly. I had lots of questions and inquires about my project and they responded quickly and were very patient with me. Although a smaller project and my budget was limited I still appreciate the attention they provided to me for the kitchen counters and backsplash renovation. They let us know it was out of warranty and then came out to look at our concern. Within days they sent out a couple of gentleman to fix the countertop. The fix was perfect and we couldn't be happier our kitchen countertops are beautiful. Artistic didn't charge us for the half day job and called us right afterwards to make sure all was ok. It was more than ok it was perfect. A lot of companies install kitchen countertops but if you want the best and a company that truly stands behind their work give Artistic Stone Works a call. The first star on this review is because I have see the work they did for 2 people I know in the Pioneer area and it was nice and reasonable. The second star is because he did show up to look at the job and give us a "verbal" estimate Initially. But, this is where it ends. No business card, no follow up, no paper work and basically no nothing after that. After a few weeks of waiting, I searched the internet for an email address to follow up and found none. So, I called and asked for it. I emailed, reiterated our meeting, needs and his quote, provided pictures and dimensions and still, absolutely no response. We went with another company that charged more but was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, truly on top of the game and you had a contract in hand to know what to expect. We feel we absolutely made the right decision based on their reviews, and the peace of mind is priceless. Bottom line is you can take a chance on this company with no guarantees and communication or make sure you are protected and sure to get what you're paying for. Good luck with your decision.

He also recommended several slab yards he works with regularly, and we ended up finding the perfect Perla Santana quartzite at Bedrosian's in Modesto. Jose provided a straightforward flat-rate quote that included demolition, fabrication, countertop installation, and installation of our handmade Zellige tile backsplash. There were no surprises. Throughout the entire project, he kept us informed and was always available to answer questions. He even FaceTimed me during fabrication so I could choose the exact section of the slab for our island, which I really appreciated. From demolition to completion, the entire project took about a week, including fabrication. His crew was professional, respectful of our home, and their attention to detail really shows in the finished product. Our kitchen is absolutely beautiful and truly a dream come true.
