What really impressed us was how Barron's coordinated all the other work, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and granite countertops, so we didn't have to manage all the moving parts. They let us know it was out of warranty and then came out to look at our concern. Within days they sent out a couple of gentleman to fix the countertop. The fix was perfect and we couldn't be happier our kitchen countertops are beautiful. Artistic didn't charge us for the half day job and called us right afterwards to make sure all was ok. It was more than ok it was perfect. A lot of companies install kitchen countertops but if you want the best and a company that truly stands behind their work give Artistic Stone Works a call. The first star on this review is because I have see the work they did for 2 people I know in the Pioneer area and it was nice and reasonable. The second star is because he did show up to look at the job and give us a "verbal" estimate Initially. But, this is where it ends. No business card, no follow up, no paper work and basically no nothing after that. After a few weeks of waiting, I searched the internet for an email address to follow up and found none. So, I called and asked for it. I emailed, reiterated our meeting, needs and his quote, provided pictures and dimensions and still, absolutely no response. We went with another company that charged more but was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, truly on top of the game and you had a contract in hand to know what to expect. We feel we absolutely made the right decision based on their reviews, and the peace of mind is priceless. Bottom line is you can take a chance on this company with no guarantees and communication or make sure you are protected and sure to get what you're paying for. Good luck with your decision.

We hired Floors to go a few years ago. The installation was done poorly and they would not fix or…read moreremedy the floors. We ended up going to Arbitration where we won the maximum amount which was 25K. Carl refused to pay and we ended up having his bond of 15K awarded to us leaving an unpaid balance of 10K which he still has not paid. The state of California and the CSLB revoked his license for one year starting on 1/21/2026 for failing to comply with the Arbitration hearing. Since he was the only person who held a contractors license (everyone that works there installing worked under his license) you better make sure that whoever is installing your floors has a valid contractors license or you will be sorry. I would obviously not recommend this company at all. They guarantee the floors and the installation but did not honor any part of it.
