I asked John if he could fix it and he said "NO" the top was just too badly installed. So, I went ahead and had John get me a new top and he did a wonder job of installing it. See photo. John has been doing this for many years. He is a senior gentleman and tells it like he sees it. His work is excellent; I would high recommend him it you need any upholstery work done.

We had a system replaced by them, and something always fails every few months and it was never what…read morethey replaced (heat or air conditioning) so nothing was under warranty. For a place that has so many parts, we always have to wait for a few days for parts to come in. They are not reliable, our air conditioning failed a week ago and we have to pay around $900 for that and it just failed again and they are charging us $250 for diagnostic and we do not know how much the part will be until Monday. They said the motherboard was fried and we had to replace the whole system. If you are okay with calling them frequently for something to fail and waiting a few cold nights or hot days for them to get the part, this is the company you want to do business with. This business seems too shady. We called a different (Oak Creek Heating and Cooling) they were able to find the source and were able to fix it for under $90. Oak Creek Heating and Cooking seems more experienced and knowledgeable. I will be going with them from now on.
