At first we didn't think anyone would be home and they told us to just leave the mower out and they'd fix it. REMEMBER THIS, they would have had to call us eventually to tell us it was repaired or ask what was wrong in the first place. My grandparents were the only ones home so they answered when the technician arrived. They are from another country, English is not their first language. They tried their best to explain what was wrong but didn't get the message across, my mother was at work but was available to call and translate for the technician but he REFUSED. My grandma ended up calling her herself and held the phone up to explain what was wrong, (the mower wouldn't start) a back and forth argument ensued about how my grandparents told him one thing and my mom was telling him another. And eventually he ended up spraying starting fluid and charging $120 for it and leaving. My mother later decided to text the company and let them know their technician was extremely rude and unprofessional about the entire situation. Just know if you are a US citizen that speaks English as a second language YOU ARE NOT A VALUED CUSTOMER HERE. We offered a way to remediate the situation and you refused and argued, that's on you not us. Do better. In the texts he mentions we should have been onsite and that they can't do the job if they can't communicate with us, yet they tell us to leave the mower outside when nobody is home? That doesn't add up, which do you want? If anyone takes the time to read this just know I'm not making this review because my feelings were hurt, I'm making this review because people deserve to know the kind of service they're paying for. This company's lack of professionalism, blatant disregard for customer communication, and discriminatory attitude toward non-native English speakers is unacceptable. Businesses that operate with such poor standards and hostility toward their customers should not be rewarded with your hard-earned money. Take your business elsewhere--somewhere that values all customers equally and treats them with the respect they deserve.

I can't being to tell you how very happy I am with MOST Media Blasting…read more I have 2 nearly 100 year-old radiators that were in bad shape. Years & years of paint which was peeling and cracking off made them look terrible. I tired using paint stripper and after days & days of trying to remove the paint, they looked even worse. I called a sandblasting firm closer to home. The referred me to someone else who suggested that sandblasting wouldn't do the job of cleaning the layers of paint off the radiators, so he referred me to MOST Media Blasting. I spoke with Scott and he suggested a glass blasting which was 'kinder' to the old cast iron. He asked the dimensions and gave me a ballpark figure, which was very reasonable. I needed the radiators hauled out of the house, which he did gladly (at no extra charge) and took them to his shop. I wanted to maintain the original color of the cast iron from the beginning, so I asked for a clear coat finish. After he & his crew finished cleaning off the finish, he sent me photos of the radiators. The paint was so embedded into the cast iron that a clear coat wouldn't do. Scott showed me samples of paint, I chose the bronze finish. My anticipation of the refinished radiators was high, and Scott & his crew exceeded my expectations. Upon delivery, Scott & crew hauled the radiators and put them into place. I did the hook-up, which was very simple to do. Having the very heavy pieces removed & put back into place was something that I couldn't do, even with help. They did all the worst jobs included. All at a very competitive price! Extremely pleased with the entire process, which took only 2 weeks! Other places were giving me time frames of about a month, so I am very happy at the quick turnaround with excellent results. I strongly suggest using MOST Media Blasting for what you need done. After all, when others in the same line of business refer another of the same business, they have to be good which MOST Media Blasting easily exceeded. Scott is very nice, easy to talk with and a professional as well. So, YES to MOST Media Blasting. The entire experience was great!

I love them - they are just the right size for my home. They moved with me from Chicago to Milwaukee in near perfect condition...and then I got a dog. She got bored one day and decided to take it out on one of those chairs. She claimed the other as her spot in the living room for comfy afternoon naps. I finally decided it was time to get them fixed, and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the outcome - the process was seamless, I completed a form online, emailed a few times about cost, brought my chairs to the place, picked out a fabric, received a quote by email, and three weeks later - paid and picked up the chair. Worth every penny to have these chairs back in peak condition for years to come.
