The service was poor, I had to take it somewhere else to have the codes tested and read. After having my car tested I needed an alternator so I called this store to order one they said they had one but when I picked it up they didn't have it so I had to wait around for them to order one. When it finally came inI brought the alternator but the worker never told me it wasn't a new one it was a rebuilt alternator which i never knew they sold. I had the mechanic put this part in and it was a piece of crap! So I had to take it out of my car and return it and found out it wasn't new so I had to buy a new one and put that one in my car. I would not suggest this OReillys!

Getting a quote was ok but the steps after that to get it picked at the collision storage facility was a nightmare. All calls were through India, was transferred several times, could not understand most of the people and needed to constantly ask them to repeat what they said. Arranging for pickup was another nightmare. They could not give me an estimated time, even am or pm, all they do is give you an hours notice to pick up. If your car is some distance away you need to sit there all waiting for the call. It is 3:30 pm, still waiting.

She helped with understanding what different options there are and what she felt was and wasn't useful for my needs. Where Katie really helped me out was after the cap was delivered it was apparent that Leer shipped it with multiple defects. Katie tracked down the right people in order to return the cap and have it mended while Marlin and I cataloged what was broken. Everything was taken care of and I'm very happy with my product and the care the staff took to facilitate the return and install. The shop dog however did not like me.
