Not only did they get the inside of our car remarkably clean, they managed to remove every bit of dog hair - something Ive never been able to do, try as I may. They were dependable (right on time), so pleasant and hard working and reasonably priced - especially considering the time they spent on our car. Based on our experience, we absolutely recommend this detailing service. We give them an A+!

TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!…read more I called Reflections, asking about detailing our Ford Expedition XL. It was full of pine needles from hauling our Christmas tree the year before and a ton of dog hair, paw prints and nose smears from hauling two huskies around. I was up front about the condition of our truck, and Reflections was up front about their estimate, which was very fair considering the size of our vehicle and the amount of work I knew it would need. They were also extremely confident in their ability to bring it back to "brand new." They were able to get me in next day, and Hamdan's team worked on it ALL DAY. In fact, Hamdan was personally working on the finishing touches when we picked it up...an hour after closing. We were completely BLOWN AWAY by the results. The entire inside of our truck did in fact look brand new. Every inch of the interior was spotless, including the glove box and the center console! There was not one piece of husky hair in the entire truck, and if you've even seen a picture of a husky you should understand how incredible that is. I don't know if it was luck or my battered guardian angel that led me to Reflections, but I'm extremely glad I found them! They will forever be handling our detailing from here on out, and I will be recommending them to everyone!

I was honestly a little skeptical since Pierre didn't have any Yelp reviews but he was very responsive via Yelp's messaging and the other people that responded said "Please check our webpage" and that was it. So far so good. I then checked him out on google and found he had some reviews there, all good there. So I booked him. To give a little back gound our car inside was *dirty*. We have two kids under 5 and it seems they make it a mission to make the back seat as dirty as possible. Chips dumped everywhere, mud/snow, yogurt, footprints on the doors and back of seats, baby vomit etc you name it our poor new car has seen it since we got it last year. The floor mats were soiled with dried snow and mud. So day of the service Pierre's communication was top notch, he texted that he was running about 15 min late but when he arrived he was all business while still being super nice. He wore a mask when I was showing him the car, which i appreciated. He also was very thorough. He quoted 4 hours, but due to the state of the car it took a bit longer. When he wrapped up we did a walk around together and then I paid him and that was that. Everything looks at good as new! I would recommend him for anyone looking for car cleaning.

He was also very hospitable and asked that I text him when I was home safely. His location is within Milwaukee's near south side - I found it easily. Mike is terrific and I encourage you to give him a call.
