He returned the following week and did a fantastic and thorough job of cleaning up and disposing of all of the waste. He left our attic cleaner than it has been in years!

My husband and I built a house last fall, and were overrun with hornets within a month of moving…read morein. I'd never needed an exterminator, so just started cold calling local companies I found online. After a few unanswered calls to other companies, I reached these folks, and they were totally no-nonsense. They were available right away, and came to treat the house while we were at work. Their spray worked like a charm on the first try, killing the hornets around the house and repelling others from landing. When the warm weather arrived, so did the carpenter ants, and I called these guys again. I'm not sure if they're a family business, but sure it seems like it - the lady who answers the phone is sweet and helpful, and the exterminator was the same guy who had treated the hornet problem. They were available to treat the ant infestation right away, and even had a seasonal "service agreement" that covers pest control for the whole year for a set price (which, in both of my dealings with them, has come in exactly at, or under, what I was quoted on the phone). These seem like good people doing an honest business; I'd totally recommend them to anyone who wants to place one call and not have to worry about it again.

We had a mouse issue at our house in Stoddard. Mark replied to our phone call quickly and…read moreprofessionally. Within a day of the call, we agreed to meet later in the week. He arrived on time and he began his assessment of my house. I was surprised by what he discovered. Not only did we have mice, but we had bats too. The bats were not inside the house thank god. Mark spent several hours crawling under my house and securing any holes for mice to enter. He used an epoxy type products which cures hard like cement but also it's a product that mice can't burrow or chew their way through. For the bats he used some wire mesh products and an "exit only" device that wouldn't allow bats to re-enter our home. I had tons of questions and he's wonderful at answering my questions. The longer we spoke about my pest problems, the more I learned and Mark was more than happy to educate me. Mark knows his trade very well. He's thorough with his assessment and I felt confident the mice and bats were gone for good.

The amount I was going to be charged was ridiculous. I ended up having a very large white jacket nest in our playroom ceiling that I needed taken care of ASAP. Rude on the phone and I needed someone that day and I was told, " (my name) you need to work with me here." This was said in a rude voice. When I tried to cancel they wouldn't just cancel and in order to book the consultation I had to give them a bank/credit card . Unfortunately I booked a consultation but then shortly after I spoke to them, I received a phone call from a local long running company in my town who came out right away and didn't charge me anything. I'm definitely worried now because they have my card number. They never officially canceled my appointment. They made the entire experience stressful and complicated. Never using a chain business like this one again. ZERO STARS
