Individualized Instruction Real Results Best-in-Class Facilities…read more I've been working with Sean Moore for over three years, and it's worth noting that I started with him before he joined CitySwing and followed him there. When you find an instructor this good, you stay with him. The results speak for themselves. I am striking the ball much better, my handicap is down significantly, and, just as important, I'm far more comfortable and confident on the course than I've ever been. What sets Sean apart is that he doesn't try to make you swing the way he does, which is what most instructors, and national chains, do. We all swing differently, and Sean recognizes that. He works with your swing and focuses on maximizing your results, meaning real, measurable things like distance and dispersion, rather than forcing you into someone else's model. It's not a cookie-cutter approach; it's truly individualized instruction. He stays current on the latest technology, and he's always thinking about my game between lessons. I often come into a session with Sean starting with "I was thinking about . . . ." We've even played tournaments together with some of his other students, which tells you something about how invested he is in his clients. A lesson with Sean is also never just hitting ball after ball into a screen. We work on all aspects of the game, and he uses the technology to put you into real course situations: clearing a long carry off the tee, an approach shot with water in play, a chip that has to get up and over a bunker. Those are the shots that make you better and build the confidence you draw on when you're standing over the real thing on the course. The facilities match the instruction: bright, high ceilings, comfortable, and equipped with the latest TrackMan systems. When I was last in, the staff had already been trained on TrackMan's newest developments. That put them ahead of my own country club, one of the highest rated in the country. An indoor studio beating a club like that to the newest technology tells you how seriously CitySwing takes staying current. One more thing worth highlighting: the instructors genuinely work as a team. Sean regularly compares notes with the other pros, including Kendall Thomas, the Director of Instruction, about their students, so you get the benefit of the whole teaching staff, not just one set of eyes. We really get the feeling that they value their clients and are genuinely invested in their games. And while CitySwing is a fun place to spend an evening, don't let that fool you: this is a place for serious students of the game, and the instruction is as rigorous as you'll find anywhere. If you're serious about improving, I can't recommend Sean and CitySwing highly enough. Five stars.

Why wouldn't they be working in virtual golf center serving drinks and food! We had plenty of time to execute a closest to the pin game and still enjoy adult beverages and talk. The only downside was the food wasn't that great - the pizza was cold and the pretzel bites were a bit dried out and hard. The wings were ok nothing to write home about. Much better than going to another outdoor driving range in the heat of the Summer! Even better was the proximity to our hotel just downstairs! Very helpful during a rainy week.

I took a five lesson package and chose Noel Jablonski as my instructor. (She was recommended by someone I know). What a difference she has made in getting my game back on track. Patient, knowledgeable, with a good eye for detail. She also didn't burden me with a dozen things at once, just enough to get my swing grooved back. My child attended a week long summer camp session at Everybody Golf School and we left feeling a…read morelittle less than impressed with our experience. 1) Instructor Quality: No doubt my child learned a lot and (in her words) hit a few good balls, the instructor assigned to the group was ill equipped to deal with young children/tweens. We were able to sit in on the first session and it felt like the instructor was more interested in telling golf glory stories than getting kids excited about the game which in my opinion should be the most important thing when attending a beginner golf camp. I believe they have rotating instructors and some are better than others but our person was not it. 2) Security: Lax security when dealing with small children. Their pickup and drop off procedures were not followed at all. Overall, everything was okay, pricing was decent, and loved their flexible hours but the actual camp did not exceed our expectations.

Walked in around 4:20 for my 4:30-5:30 "(Indoor) Performance Studio lesson"…read more I was welcomed by Kelly King ( with whom I had the lesson with ) with a big smile and a handshake which always gives a good first impression. Since I was a little early and there was junior classes going on , I was told to take a seat until my time started. The seating area had full view of the facilities , water available and a TV where a golf tournament was on. For the ten minutes I was seated , I was watching Steve WenPetren coach the junior class that was going on . He seemed very engaged with each of the kids during practice and seemed supportive while also providing advice. Now onto my lesson. It was undoubtedly 100% the best hour I have ever spent on my golf swing ever. We used the TrackMan to measure swing characteristics and swing data . Within minutes , Kelly had me hitting straighter , further and more consistent with my pitching wedge, all backed up by hard data/numbers. We moved onto putting , pitching , driving and full iron shots , all within the hour. He helped me engage parts of my body to help my golf swing that not only looked better on camera but I can see with the swing data myself. I was also given some tips to take to the range and putting green to improve my game outside of lessons. I was semi-doubtful of how much I could change in an hour, but I was proved wrong and I will be back in the future. Beautiful scenery, peaceful, hardly anyone else in sight. The second time we tried to play 1 through 9. Unfortunately, almost all of the greens therein were largely barren of any grass - virtually unplayable. I was told by another player some weeks later that these greens had suffered from disease. We were never told of their condition prior to playing.

I decided to enter my 30s by letting go of fear and trying out new things. For me the fear of water…read morewas something I never thought I could really conquer, and was anxious about the process. My lessons have turned swimming into something I think I could love and have inspired me to conquer other fears. Sydney has been great and she has been understanding of my fear. I literally cried after one of the lessons because learning to float on my stomach was something I had never imagined I would be able to do (without almost having a panic attack). I'm excited about my new skills. I'm happy that I can finally enjoy the beach outside of just soaking the sun and taking selfies; I want to swim and snorkel and do all of these activities I had been afraid of. That's all to say that I think this place is great.

I'd like to thank to my instructor, Sydney, and the SwimBox team for helping me build comfort and confidence in the water while making it fun. While most local swim schools focus primarily on children learners, SwimBox caters to all adults at every skill level. The sessions are one-on-one, giving self-conscious adult learners privacy and allowing the instructor to focus on the learner. And as opposed to the 30 minute lessons that many swim schools offer, SwimBox sessions are 45 minutes, giving the instructor plenty of time to introduce a lesson and work with the learner to sharpen newly acquired skills. Working with Sydney and the SwimBox team has been a great experience and has opened up an entirely new world for me to explore.

Group classes are not worth it as the kids are just hitting the balls repeatedly without being taught any technique. Luis himself shows up at the start and end of class leaving the class to be run by inexperienced high schoolers. There are also too many students in a class. As another commenter noted, they have very inflexible options for weather events. Administrator Oya Simpson refused a refund when we couldn't make the alternate class. Overall, do not recommend.
