    Alt Wienerschnitzel
    Dennis E.

We took my son out for his birthday, and he suggested this place. It was in an old building that was nicely restored. The atmosphere in this place is warm and inviting. Our server came right over and took our drink order. When he returned with the drinks, we ordered dinner. I ordered the Alt Wienerschnitzel, my son ordered the Jaegerschnitzel Schnitzel, and my wife ordered the Sausage Platter. Our food took a bit to come out, but when it did it was totally worth the wait. Each of us liked our meal and thought it was good. This was a nice place to go to celebrate a special occasion. The price was reasonable for what you receive and I would definitely come back in the future.

I first visited Moser's about 12 years ago. At that time they were in a smaller location a few doors down. Sad to hear that the original owners sold this past year. Part of the charm was the previous owner and his family. Werner was from Austria and would make a point of welcoming all guests. That said, they have the same chef and menu. We started with the meat and cheese board with the olive spread -same great food! Then we had the bacon dumpling soup before our favorite - the schnitzel. Happy to share that it was just as delicious as ever. Good service, great food.

We had dinner there with my husband's parents. The food was great. I had the Cordon Blue schnitzel. It was huge and the left overs made for a great lunch. They have a nice assortment of beer. My family enjoyed their beer. Love seeing the wait staff wearing traditional Austrian garb as well. Will definitely go back again

Today we were there for the Lent Fish Specials and Large Beers. We were not disappointed. GreaT taste and texture, refills were hot, fresh and delivered promptly. The 1 Liter Stigel beer were excellent. We will be back for some traditional Austrian Food.

Finding good German food that hasn't been Americanized is difficult and few places actually serve German cuisine like it is in Germany with their high food quality over there. So I ordered the daily special that was Jägerschnitzel (hunter's schnizel/breaded pork tenderloin with a mushroom gravy or sauce) and for an appetizer I ordered jalapeño poppers along with the authentic German goulash soup and pumpernickel bread were very good. The Jägerschnitzel sauce that is a mushroom sauce was a little unique but very good. I especially liked the spatzle noodles and the red cabbage (rotkohl) and it's just like I would get in Germany so I loved both side dishes a lot. Cool, old-timey feel to the restaurant and the service is impeccable as well. I left full and was sorry I didn't have room for the strudel they make in house, maybe next time!

Chicken Paprikash with spaetzle and red cabbage was great. I started with a cup of goulash soup and dark rye bread. Fantastic. A complementary aperitif was served at the end. Excellent. Service was great. Very accommodating and very helpful. Seems like there are many regulars here and although I am not a regular I felt very welcomed. Ambience is local with a lot of history. Great pictures on the walls. Great posters on the walls. Bar with high tops out front low top tables a couple stairs up into the back. Great atmosphere. Plenty of German beer here good stuff on tap. The wine list also looked very good. I stuck with an HB and it was just fine. The cost of the food and drink I would say is on par with most places however, this is all home-cooked food. A far step up above many places. Definitely worth a visit.

This "famous" little gem is known for its delicious pretzels and other scrumptious pretzel dough based delights. The pretzel was exactly what we had hoped for...light, airy, doughy, but with a crunchy exterior. The whole family enjoyed splitting one pretzel. Afterward, I was still feeling a bit peckish. I decided to order myself an ice coffee along with a pretzel dough rolled all beef hotdog with melted Swiss cheese sandwiched inside. Love at first bite. The whole experience was HEAVEN.
