Oscar Moscoso is an honorable guy. He's also a really great contractor. My designer brought him to me, and his bid was considerably lower than the other bids I got, so I was a little worried, and skeptical about change orders, and bait-and-switch, etc. I'm a mediator who mediates these kinds of disputes, so I'm perhaps more skeptical than most. Our communication and friendship grew stronger, and he always cared about my job and my house as much as I do. I'd use him again in a minute, without hesitation. And you should, too. read more
