I was not only gravitated to Crossroads by the location, landscape, and amenities but, because of the leasing agent Jamie. Jamie was so warm, welcoming, and listened to my every want and concerns. After being a tenant for over a year, I had an issue with my new neighbor. I felt so comfortable to go in and express my concerns and frustrations to Jamie. She was understanding took everything I said into consideration and handled the problem within that same day. Haven't had an issue since. The ladies in the office are what make Crossroads, the place you want to live. I met Lynn the day I moved in and did the inspection and she again was wonderful. They go out of their way to make sure you feel at home and take the time to get to know you personally. Not many places know a majority of their residents by name and their family household. I appreciate all they do. Thank you, ladies for making my stay here a breeze. :)

The worst part is that the smell is not only outside--it comes through the vents and into my apartment, so I have to deal with marijuana smoke inside my own home. I have reported this issue multiple times, yet it continues to happen and nothing has been resolved. It is extremely frustrating to pay to live in a smoke-free community and still have smoke coming into my apartment because the smoke-free policy is not being properly enforced. Residents should be able to come home and feel comfortable in their own space without having to smell someone else's marijuana smoke inside their apartment. Management needs to take these complaints seriously and actually enforce the smoke-free policy they advertise.

I love the amenities (the pools, gym, A/C, in-unit laundry were a must have for me) and it's very well maintained and peaceful here. During this transfer process, Jonathan helped us with everything which is really my first time meeting him since I had a different leasing agent last year and he made this process SO smooth. Things got so out of hand that we had to call the police on him, and after several attempts to get in touch with the leasing management, they only decided to do something once the cops were involved and a report was made. To this day, our neighbors downstairs blasts his music with bass - the walls and floors tremble and I'm convinced the downstairs neighbor does this purposely after complaining about hearing footsteps from our unit above him. The complex doesn't feel safe. There's never any parking for visitors. The pool can be cleaner especially during the summer - maybe some weekend cleaning can be added? The management team took months to address our renters insurance issue and even started charging us because they didn't process it on their end. Poor management. The staff needs to be kept in the loop about what's going on. Our car has been egged,. A report was made and no update followed. In order to get anything done, we have to walk into the leasing office otherwise you can expect no updates from the team. Recently, a car blew up in the parking lot and the floors are still covered In debris, the covered parking spaces are burned and needs fixing but nothing has been done yet and all you smell is burnt rubber. Policy states that dogs cannot be above 25lbs and yet, there are so many large dog breeds and irresponsible adults that don't pick their dogs poop up. Makes walking my own small dog so hard because there ate large, stinky poop everywhere. Sadly, I don't think we'll renew once our lease is up. We don't feel safe here. It looks nice but SMV is not well kept even though it has SO much potential. Oh and don't forget all the pigeons that fly around and crap all over the balcony and make homes in your storage area...

I lived at a different sierra pacific property for the last three years and never had that. 2. Rent is going up everywhere and you need to keep that in mind when looking at prices. It is a corporate owned complex and with that just like any other apartment complex comes rent increases. That isn't managements fault. 3. I love my neighbors. Kind, Respectable, and quiet. Now this can change from building to building but in my general area it is decent. 4. The maintenance man is very nice and very helpful.

The maintenance man, Jesus, was super fast and efficient with what we needed help with, and he was also very friendly and considerate about many things.
