    Notice of entry of judgment

    I had to file a small claims in order to receive my holding deposit. Case #PSC23-0409 case ca be found on court website. I'm not sure why the dishonesty continues. There was a notice of entry of judgment that was awarded in my favor against JRK Property Holdings Inc. The case is public record and can be looked up on odyssey. See google review. The dishonesty continues from individuals who work for the property management company. You can clearly see that their was a judgment in place and who it was granted to. All I wanted was what was owed for management dishonesty and not refunding the holding deposit. Ana Mendez is a disservice to this company because she has not been honest and continues to be dishonest. Yes, please send a reminder of the judgment as you mentioned previously and show where the judge granted the defendant. Also, you never paid back any funds, you werent able to prove it to the judge that a check was cashed. I nor my daughter never lived here. You made our experience a distasteful one and still continue to lie about the situation. We never resided here because we never got past the holding deposit, and there were too many red flags

    READ THIS BEFORE MAKING THE WORST DECISION IN YOUR LIFE! !!!!GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolutely the most horrifying experience ever. We came to view the apartments April 25th The furnished unit they show you is literally the most beautiful unit you will ever see. They totally FOOL you. We loved it Ofcourse, we did see a lot of trash outside most units and that was kind of a red flag for us but the office lady who helped us (Nicole ) when we mention it she said they are working on fixing that so that was awesome, we decided it to apply and wanted a couple days for the response. WE GOT APPROVED! That was very exciting for us, so ONCE we got approved Ofcourse before getting close to move in date which we were going to move in end of June so that was about TWO months that we kept asking to see OUR unit. The unit they were going to give us did not have a fire pit but Nicole said if one opens up she will let us know. So days passed and great! We got switched from unit #168 to unit#173. THERE WAS SOOOOOO MANY EXCUSES everyday on why the unit was not ready for us to view, we were worried because who moves in a place where they have not seen the unit they will be living in? No one. We started feeling weird about it but they constantly kept saying that they were working on something in the unit. Move in was supposed to be TUESDAY June 28th. 3 days before move in a lady name ERIKA calls and was VERY VERY unprofessional and rude, obviously we had all right to be mad and upset if our move in date is being switched so soon to the 28th, so they said "they still had to change the floors and I'm not sure what other bullshit" so now move in date was Thursday the 30th, mind you for any extra information we needed or the move day in fee that clearly we notice that they had to lower it for us, we had to ALWAYS call to ask for Nicole because if not then she could care less. Very bad with communication low in service they just seem like they put anybody to work in these office it's a joke. So Ofcourse we had to move so much around we had Tuesday off work and now we had to see how we can get Thursday off instead of Tuesday. That week we missed so many days off work because they screwed us over with changing the dates. NICOLE apologize and said she understood our frustration she confirm that we will get the keys at 10:30 AM on Thursday. I receive a call Wednesday during the day, it was not Nicole another lady again. I'm guessing it was Erika, she was calling to confirm the lease that hasn't been sign yet OFCOURSE WE WERE NOT GONNA SIGN ANYTHING IF YOU GUYS ARE STILL NOT SHOWING US OUR UNIT. Then she tells me we can get the keys at 1PM. WHAT KIND OF LACK OF COMMUNICATION IS THIS ??? they change the dates, the times!!! So Horrible!!! One person would say one thing then the other one would say another thing. The move in date came we showed up to Diamond hillside with the uhaul truck full with all of our stuff!!! Literally everything ! We get there to see the unit before singing everything. OH MY GOD! What A SCAM! when we went in there I was shocked I wanted to HOPE IT WSS A NIGHTMARE OR A JOKE. The unit was competently different, the kitchen was not the same kitchen as the one we saw, the closets were so old. The dining room did not have the same lights on the wall as the other one. The unit did not have a washer (Nicole said they would bring it tomorrow then when she mention it the second time she said in a couple days) they always lied and said different things when really they did not know SH*T I was terrified! We started asking Nicole why this unit is competently different it's nothing like the one we saw the way it was set up wasn't the same either which she should of mention that because that day she said they were all COMPLETELY THE SAME which clearly it was a lied. She started giving us Attitude as if we didn't have the right to feel the way we felt. She kept saying "well you wanted one with a fire pit" SO WHAT? WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING ? It's ur job to make costumers happy and make sure they get what they requested ! You said all units are exactly the same ! So what makes it different if we wanted the fire pit one!? We were gonna pay more so it SHOULD look GREAT! She had no solution so we went back to the office and spoke to her manager. This lady was a joke all she kept saying is she been doing this for 15 years which clearly if you have then why do you have all the reviews that you have with the lowest stars on Yelp ??? She promised to make two units exactly how we wanted it in two weeks!! Tell me how that's possible?? Not only that but we were over that place we went back to the office to pretty much let all the shit we been holding inside, out! Not only that but they did have $400 deposit that we gave when we applied. NOW we're dealing with that they don't want to give us our money back! LAURA IS HER NAME. Click on the photo to read part2

We came for a viewing and was met by Emily she's the sweetest lady. She was So welcoming and very helpful! Thank you miss Emily! The application didn't have a fee which was very nice!! From the time we applied to the time we were approved and moved in it took less than 2 weeks! Miss Emily made everything so smooth and was very very very accommodating to our situation (we had to be out of our last place of residence by April ) she was very communicative through phone calls and emails and had the process move along really quickly! The apartment is beautiful we got the two bedroom two bath and an upstairs unit in a two story building. We absolutely love it! The walls are so insulated you can't hear a thing from below or outside at all! We have high ceilings and very spacious rooms! The huge master bed bathroom/bathtub is so luxurious! All the appliances are super modern and clean! They had installed brand new carpet the day of the move in as well. The unit comes with washer and dryer which is so important when you have kids like I do. The balcony railings are tall and spaces between the rails are small enough that my two year old can go outside without the threat of falling or getting between or over them. The property has two beautiful pools each with a hot tub! Pool hours are 9-9 so it's so nice! There's a full sized gym with cardio equipment and a dumbbell rack that goes up to 60s it's not super heavy but great to get a solid pump. Smith machine, leg extension and hamstring machine and preacher curl machine along with an adjustable cable pulldown/pull up machine. Pull-up/dip bar and pec deck. I love the gym lol. There's a scenic view/look out point that allows you to see the entire delta which is so beautiful!! The grounds are kept so clean and the garbage areas are emptied daily so it never over flows or attracts bugs. Parking is decent we have one reserved spot and for our second car they have other spots available (a lot actually). This community is pet friendly and everyone picks up after their dogs. The overall vibe in my opinion is a working middle/upper class. There isn't any people hanging out in the parking lot blasting music or selling drugs. Everyone seems to be just home relaxing or at work. If you can afford it is most definitely give this place a look into!!! We live to call here home!!!

Noise between units is significant. I've had two different upstairs neighbors, and in both cases late-night noises have been common--frequent stomping, doors slamming, and regular household activities such as running the garbage disposal, cooking, and doing dishes as late as 3:00 AM. For anyone who values sleep, this can be challenging. The property does have policies, including quiet hours and a no-smoking policy, but these rules do not appear to be consistently enforced. Property management also appears to be understaffed and is rarely available on-site, which makes it difficult to address ongoing concerns in a timely manner. That said, there are several positives. The location is convenient and close to downtown, while the surrounding neighborhood itself is generally quiet. The grounds and landscaping are well maintained, the property is very pet-friendly, and pricing is fairly reasonable for the amenities. Secure parking is a plus, and the maintenance team has been responsive and helpful whenever issues arise.

Complaining and throwing each other under the bus about the process, no energy or effort to treat clients and the process with respect. Seemed like a very toxic environment to not only work in but live in. A reevaluation of their employees needs to happen immediately because no one was on the same page. The only positive part of this entire process was the first leasing agent spoke with, Toni. She was a breath of fresh air welcoming, professional and actually seemed to care about helping applicants. She followed up and made the process feel straightforward. Unfortunately, once my interaction moved beyond Toni, everything went downhill slow. Everyone else in the office seemed to far "busy" to help of provide any real communication. Instead of solutions, I watched Charleen repeatedly shift blame onto other people while offering absolutely no assistance herself. To make matters worse, both managers dragged their feet processing my application even though the system showed i was already approved. I was asked to sign a lease and purchase renters insurance, which i did and provided proof of, only to then be told the system was "wrong." So which is it? Approved enough to sign paperwork and spend money, but suddenly not approved when its time to actually move forward. The entire process felt disorganized, careless, and honestly like no one in the office was on the same page. I was asked for documents that made no sense and seemed completely unnecessary. Meanwhile my apartment search was being delayed because management couldn't seem to figure out their own system. At a certain point you have to ask yourself why getting approved for an apartment is being made this difficult when everything on the applicants side has been completed. It starts to feel less like a process issue and more like management picking and choosing who they want on the property. Overall, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic communication was shocking. The only person who showed any level of competence or customer service was Toni. Everyone else made what should be a simple application process unnecessarily difficult and incredibly discouraging . I strongly recommend management reevaluate how this office is being run, because right now it reflects very poorly on the property.
