OK, Yelp, you don't need me to tell you about Mo's. But I can't help it. I have been hearing about Mo's Lunch for years from visitors and islanders alike. No one say's Mo's Lunch, actually. Either just Mo's or if they worry you don't know what's what, it's "Mo's at the Polish American Club". Which is true. But what they also say is that the sandwiches are extra good. And that is TRUE AF. I had the daily special - suppressetta, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella on a baguette. This sandwich made me happy when I ordered it. Then when I ate it and now when I'm remembering it. Like a hat trick of happy. The service, the vibe, the prices - all great, too. Just go. Go Mo's. You'll be 3x as happy as if you went anywhere else I'm certain of it.

The classic, or hawk style, chicken sandwich was alright; crispy k-pop's was definitely more flavorful w its gochujang mayo sauce TEXTURE: 4/5 - crunchy toppings in the banh mi w a thick baguette. The chicken was fried nicely and paired w brioche buns PRICE: 4/5 - knew MV would be expensive, so this menu was definitely more reasonable SERVING SIZE: 4/5 - fueled us for lunch SERVICE: 5/5 - lots of folks inside when we walked in at 11:45am on a Sunday, but our order came out quickly 5-10min later ATMOSPHERE: 4/5 - small, super colorful space w a handful of seats at the counter. Appreciate the Peruvian fusion menu!

Was VERY glad to have found this more than viable option on google in record time. I ordered the Krispy K-pop fried chicken sandwich and was blown away. #1 it's huge, but I was so hungry I left no crumbs. #2 it was absolutely fantastic - so many flavors , sweet savory, spicy and vinegary combined with a juicy crispy chicken breast on a brioche bun was *chef's kiss*. Only downside was it was very messy handling and I probably went through 100 napkins so beware. No regrets!!

We've gotten takeout from Waterside in the past, but this was our first time dining in, and wow,…read morewhat a poorly run institution. The folks in the kitchen looked like they were hustling, but we saw several customers complaining about how long it was taking their food to come in. Something is not good with the work flow, and while the guy running around was super nice and professional, the girl who took our order was downright rude. Even though we ordered for dining in, our food still came out in a to-go bag. Why? So annoying. The kale chicken caesar was deconstructed, so you have to mix it all up yourself with limited space and utensils. The whole point of eating at the restaurant is so they can do it for you! We do love the harissa cauliflower sandwich that we always order, but every time that we've had it, it's always undersalted. Our daughter's tomato soup was good (if you like a verrrry heavy cream base) but parts of it had slopped over the side from being in the bag and the paper started disintegrating. Unprofessional. We tried a couple of their baked goods for the first time and they were OK. The chocolate chip cookie struck a nice balance between crispy and chewy, but we weren't fans of the pumpkin blondie. We're on the fence of whether we'd come back in person again since this was a pretty disastrous experience in the off-season. We can't even imagine during summertime! Three stars. Do better.
