Very soft and a lot of flavor. I also got the belly buster (on a biscuit instead of a bagel) and it was bigger than expected. Pros: This is a solid place to grab breakfast while in Oak Bluffs. It's very popular but the wait moves fast. Cons: A huge downside is that there isn't a bathroom on the premises and you have to double back to the bus stop to use a public restroom. I found this to be a big inconvenience.
