I called about an item earlier and when I went into the store the man insulted my intelligence and demeaned me in front of my family. Instead of being friendly and helpful he was very rude. It became not worth it to me to pay more for such poor service, so I drove farther away to go to one of the two big chain stores.

The first time, there was no cart available. I asked the attendant at the Service Desk, and she told me they only have one cart for the whole store. Because of this, I wasn't able to shop there. The second time I wen there, I was lucky enough to get the one cart available. They do have a nice store and I did make purchases. The third time I went there, they told me the electric shopping car was broken down. I was again forced to leave. Menards has a nice selection of almost everything, and you can find things there that you can't find at other similar stores. But because they don't have enough electric shopping carts, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Then I received an email saying 8-1. They showed up at 1:15. I just got out of the hospital and needed my son to assist me at medical appointments. I called them twice during the day to just be told they are out for delivery. When the driver finally showed up he tells me was to be here early but his equipment got stuck in the mud. Extremely poor customer service. That information soul's be relayed to the customer. My son could have provided assistance to me at my medical appointments instead of waiting around from 8-1. The managers could have cared less. They just lost a long time customer who just spent almost 3k on this order.

Get the chip off your shoulder.. The first thing I saud was, "I thought it was odd such a small store would have what I was looking for. I thought the young woman was transferring me to a corporate number. The item is listed as being IN this store. It IS available at other larger stores according to a Google search of the Ace website. I wasn't looking for disinfectant...I have had surgery on one hand and need to get a trigger finger release in my other hand in addition to severe arthritis. I have severe food restrictions and am trying to make the process of completing a healthy recipe as painless as possible. And YES, I DO understand. I spent 2.5 hrs in ER Mon because my asthma got triggered by someone nearby burning illegally. I've been in this store several times since moving and had a pretty good felling about it. I have to travel for PT to Troy once a week. I'll stop at another store from now on. Well done. (That's sarcasm.)

Well the unit needed to be tried to discover the problem... how else do we determine if the container leaks? The No Spill manufacturer warranty is for a FULL 3 Years... regardless when the unit leaks or has any unsatisfying result to the consumer. Randy - flat out denied the return - he knew nothing about the manufacturer's warranty. I walked out - and will not return.
