He is truly a kind soul- as he helped someone jump their car before he began work on our door. He did an amazing job resizing a standard door to fit a very custom entryway. I HIGHLY recommend him to others and will definitely be in touch should I need additional help on other projects.

I saw this company assembling a baskeball hoop across the street from my house and they seemed actually happy and pleased with the outcome so I thought I'll give it a whirl. They picked up on the first try, the quote was immediate. They were out and the item assembled and installed correctly within 48 hours. All I can saw is WOW, I know that swing set isn't going anywhere because I sat on it and gave it a try before putting cutting the crazy kids loose on it. I'll be going back to Any Assembly every time I order something that needs assembly because I really appreciated their fast response, the professionalism and if left to me, (I know my limitations on following directions) I'd be drunk in the front yard throwing tools around, cussing and the task would never get completed..... I hear the neighbors don't like that type of behavior so it's a win win for everyone!

It wasn't until the technicians began that we discovered an important piece is missing so the job had to be postponed. The company wanted to charge me $250 for "canceling" & then another $450 to come back to complete the assembly. I said $700 for an umbrella installation is out of price range so they charged me $350. When I called back to find out why the $100 more, I was told it was because I was not having them come back so he charged me the full standard cancelation rate per their "contract" which by the way, is referring to their email, I signed no contract with them. I will not be using this company ever again.

After weeks of dehumidifiers and super-sized air filtration machines with outtake tubes the size of a waterslide running from the front door to the back, Jimmy Doukas and his two-man team came in and far surpassed all of my expectations! I was first impressed that Mr. Doukas "spoke-the-language" that was written in the report from the lab that analyzed air samples/swabs from the contaminated areas within and below my home. it was comforting to hear that I wasn't the worst restoration project and that J & K's disaster specific cleaning would make things livable again. Together, he and his two-man team worked professionally, thoroughly, companionably and non-stop over a three-day period. And, they patiently worked around my schedule and got the job done! J&K's not having a "Big Brand," I'll admit that I was skeptical at the start of the remedial project. In the end, everything was returned to order and "Sparkling" clean! Also, Mr. Doukas and his team were compassionate of my feelings throughout the process. With J & K's help...a nightmare was "turned around" with such a great result! Most sincerely, I thank Mr. Doukas and his team and highly recommend his service and staff. Sylvia O

It was on the weekend and we had a guest, so we wanted to get the situation resolved quickly. We were fortunate though because even with the pictures we sent David, he still wanted to come out to see in person what was going on with the leak. The same day we called, he came out. They didn't charge us like it was an emergency like companies like roto-rooter would. They ended up replacing a copper sewer pipe (our house is from the 60s) running from the upstairs bathroom down to the kitchen pantry. It only took them two days for the repairs and others have stated the estimates and final cost were very reasonable. We hope to use DDL again in the future.
