I never received a call back, explanation, or apology. That alone should have been enough for me not to return, but I decided to give them another opportunity. This time I brought in a black men's suit that needed to be cleaned before we left the state for a funeral the next day. I specifically explained the situation and was told it would definitely be ready by 4 PM, which was also stated on my ticket (see photo). When I arrived to pick it up, I was told it wasn't ready and they hadn't even cleaned it yet. After explaining again that we were leaving for a funeral, I asked for the suit back. It took quite a while for them to bring it out. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of professionalism. There was no apology, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience--both this time and the previous time when they lost my dress. Customer service matters, especially when people trust you with valuable clothing and time-sensitive situations. Unfortunately, after two very poor experiences, I will never use Shamrock Cleaner again!!

The price is comparable to other laundromats and much cleaner than most.

It is a great time saver and this is definitely one of the cheapest services in comparison to other laundromats in the area. I've been coming here for years and every time they see me, the people greet me warmly, I love building a relationship with local businesses and supporting local family owned businesses.

My extremely negative experience relates to someone liking my stuff and trying to make it theirs. If you have no choice but to use them, never pay, grab your things and leave. ALWAYS check to make sure they have actually given back all your items, even if they assure you it's all there. CHECK IT YOURSELF! Never know what article of clothing someone there likes of yours and try's their best to separate it from you. Again, if you have to use them, make sure they give you all your items before leaving, never accept them saying it's all there, you gotta check for yourself.
