Show up at 5PM the next day and only half of my stuff was ready. Show up at 5PM the next day and everything is ready. No problem, stuff happens and I can understand a delay. I paid for my stuff and was floored by the price. Overall, they do a good job of cleaning, but it's really pricey. If you value a drive through or it's right next to your house/work then probably a good choice. If not, might want to look elsewhere.

I called to speak to the manager (with whom I had spoken in person on Tuesday) on Thursday morning and was told he was doing an interview and would call me as soon as he was finished. When we brought it up to the owner, he claimed that the stains were there when we gave it to him, which pictures of the dress prior to dropping it off verify otherwise. We went in hoping to support a minority-owned business and got utterly screwed over (this dress was needed to attend a work event) without an apology or an attempt to make things right. She had her work cut out for her, because my dress was originally too small. She let it out (a couple times...), took in the sleeves (which involved moving the buttons), and added a hook & eye for the bustle. She also attached my mom's original wedding veil to a hair comb (the 80s headband had to go!). Evelyn was great to work with because she is patient and was responsive to my wishes, but also used her lifetime of experience to advise me. I wanted every detail of my wedding dress/veil to be perfect, and it really was, thanks to Evelyn. Don't be deterred by her lack of online presence.
