I never received a call back, explanation, or apology. That alone should have been enough for me not to return, but I decided to give them another opportunity. This time I brought in a black men's suit that needed to be cleaned before we left the state for a funeral the next day. I specifically explained the situation and was told it would definitely be ready by 4 PM, which was also stated on my ticket (see photo). When I arrived to pick it up, I was told it wasn't ready and they hadn't even cleaned it yet. After explaining again that we were leaving for a funeral, I asked for the suit back. It took quite a while for them to bring it out. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of professionalism. There was no apology, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience--both this time and the previous time when they lost my dress. Customer service matters, especially when people trust you with valuable clothing and time-sensitive situations. Unfortunately, after two very poor experiences, I will never use Shamrock Cleaner again!!

We went in hoping to support a minority-owned business and got utterly screwed over (this dress was needed to attend a work event) without an apology or an attempt to make things right. She had her work cut out for her, because my dress was originally too small. She let it out (a couple times...), took in the sleeves (which involved moving the buttons), and added a hook & eye for the bustle. She also attached my mom's original wedding veil to a hair comb (the 80s headband had to go!). Evelyn was great to work with because she is patient and was responsive to my wishes, but also used her lifetime of experience to advise me.
