Finished my dress in 15 minutes and she was absolutely wonderful, professional, and helpful!

Walked in and she yelled at me to get in a room and put my dress on before I could even ask my question. (Was going to ask if she could get it done in a quick turn around) I put the dress on for her, and she immediately ripped the tag off my dress without asking me. Now I can't return it. She took in all the measurements, and went to ring me up and told me I had to pay before she did the work, which I was fine with. She told me it was $60 to take in a little at the chest area. The dress fit perfectly except up top. $60 is more than I paid for it... and now I can't even return it because she ripped the tag off. My boyfriend also came her a couple months ago and paid $40 to take in a pair of pants... rip off. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone. read more

I really didn't want to leave a negative review, but I feel like I paid a lot of money for something I wasn't happy with, and I didn't see how it could be fixed. I wanted my bridesmaids dress tailored/taken in and shortened. The extra fabric when taken in was left on the dress, which I honestly could have done myself, and the dress was returned to me wrinkled and full of chalk marks.. I paid $150 (there's a whole $10 extra fee to pay with your card) for a dress altered in a way anyone with a sewing machine could manage at home.. :/ read more

What a great place! The lady that runs the place is extremely friendly. I initially called because I was in need of same day service. This was on a Saturday to be exact. She quickly encouraged me to come in and said "no problem!" She did not charge me an extra fee like some places in town. I was in and out within a couple minutes of trying on one of three pairs of pants. She said she would have them ready by 3pm and I dropped them of about 1030 am. I arrived back a little after 2p and they were ready. My pants were perfectly hemmed. The combination of fair pricing, friendly service and a quick turnaround makes Seminole Alterations a 5 star in my book! read more

This place has amazing service!! Originally the owner said I might have to wait a couple days because of the sheer amount of work she had but when I told her I was leaving town the following day she made sure to have my pants ready for me in less than two hours! She was also so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning for my alteration needs! read more

I went here to get a zipper fixed on some pants and instead of sewing a new zipper in, she was able to fix the zipper AND she did it for free!! Such a nice lady and can't wait to come back here again. read more

I am a shorter person and find that many of my dresses must be hemmed in order to fit appropriately. I found Seminole Alterations online and because they are so convenient to my business down the street, I gave them a try. I am VERY picky and I am so very pleased with the alterations that I have had done there. The owner is always there with a smile on her face and ready to assist me. Her work is TOP NOTCH!!!!
