Had an appointment at 4pm. No one acknowledged me for several minutes and acted irritated I was even there. Finally someone approached me and I said I had a 4pm appointment. They muttered something unintelligible and motioned for me to sit down. At 4:28pm I still had not been helped. I walked out and they started calling me incessantly. While I waited, all the little old ladies who are regulars told me they stand by their work and will fix your nails when they lift and break. Ok that's nice, but why are the nails lifting and breaking so often that each old lady had a story? They don't do that if the nail tech knows what they're doing. From the looks of other reviews, waiting 1/2 hour is nothing! ROCK hard pass. read more

Got a pedicure, it's was very low priced compared to other places I've been although very basic so the price matched. They don't do waxing which is unusual for a nail place. Very small. Really great service! I got a full set of ombré pink and white French tips almond shape for $50 and a gel pedicure for $40. Their prices for a regular pedicure runs at $25. NOT BAD at all. Thai took his time with my nails. The shape came out beautifully and the ombré looks amazing. Very nice and thin application. I'm impressed. The vibe of the salon is also very calming. The crowds here is a little more mature in age but that's what it's like living in Morro Bay and I love it. I went in on a Sunday at around 3pm and it wasn't crowded. They sat me down promptly and started working on my feet. About 45 mins later Thai started working on my nails. He took his time being precise and they came out fantastic. If you're looking for a low key nail salon that gives a great mani/pedi, this is the place for you. It's definitely not the most hip salon I've been to, but it's clean, the people are so nice, and they do a great job. I believe it was Mandy that has done my gel manicure twice now and she is great! So sweet and very thorough. Gel manicures typically last about three-ish weeks for me, but this past one Mandy did lasted about a month before it even started peeling! This time around I had envisioned a specific green color for my manicure and she searched the place high and low to try to find a shade that was to my liking! They ended up not having exactly the color I had in mind, but I appreciated the fact that she cared enough to try her best to try! Like I said, this is not a hip, fancy salon by any means...but the prices and service are great, and the staff is extremely pleasant! read more

He's such a kind individual, all the while checking in to hear if you're getting the shape, color, and overall polished look you desired. I wouldn't describe it as a deep tissue massage, but it was definitely relaxing and my calloused heels have never looked better. My nails don't look good. The guy who helped me has very shaky hands and it came out in his work. My thumb is so crooked. I asked for coffin and this is nowhere near. I am here visiting and regret getting my nails done. They all look different shapes. Some ends are round and some are flat. I'm very sad about my nails. I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

The ladies in this place is really nice and sweet but I couldn't give them all 5 stars. Cons: -I noticed that no one sanitizes their nail clippers or gets a brand new set for every costumer. So watch out, it's not worth it for a nail fungus! -my manicure was not the best. The nail polish was not clean cut around the nail. In the pics you can see that the nail polish was not properly put on correctly -my pedicure the lady did not cut my nails evenly -the polish was also not clean cut around the nail. -I also got my eyebrows waxed. The lady did an okay job. There were hairs still that was not waxed off that should of been waxed off. Pros: - Ladies are sweet -took walk ins and same day appointments I wouldn't recommend this place, I would do more research and find another nail place.
