Very nice but he was doing a manicure. The gentleman I was given to do my pedicure must have been new or just really terrible. He proceeded to quite literally, cut my big toe nail so short it immediately began to bleed. When I pulled back...HE STARTED LAUGHING. Then tried to scrub it with his brush. Cut the nail sideways and unfixable. The owner came over and apologized, said something to him and proceeded to tell me it would grow back he did the best he could to fix my previous pedicure, charged me $42 and we called it a day. TERRIBLE PLACE, do NOT recommend!

I called Serenity By the Sea in Morro Bay and explained my issue and asked if they had samples available to at least last me for four days. The woman who I spoke to was so kind.
