Beware !I did not get the color I asked for, she just dumped a dark red tint on my blonde hair, which is now Bozo orange. It's will cost me several hundred dollars to get a color correction done. I went by to tell her I was unhappy and she conveniently couldn't remember my name, when i had my appointment and didn't offer to refund me the $80.00 I gave her to ruin my hair, like a professional should have and would have done. I am too embarrassed to be seen in public without a hat on. I don't think she has a clue as to what she's doing. I asked her to cover my gray and keep my blonde, not give me six shades of darker color and RED for crying out loud! read more

A little over a year ago, Feb of '18, I went into Hair Naturally (I had never been there before) to do something bold and on the spur of the moment. I walked up to one of the stylists, "Shelly" explained, that I wanted her to cut OFF ALL my hair, (right now) to get rid of the dye, so that I could start the journey of going my natural color, 'silver/white'....had to do it right away, or I would chicken out. She was with a client, but said to come back in 20 minutes. She listened, and I repeat 'LISTENED' to what my main goal was, and I have to say, every cut I've had with her, over the last year has been exactly what I had asked for.... I get compliments from total strangers on my hair cuts. I have curly hair, and prefer it straight, the way she cuts my hair is very easy to style. I had a very bad haircut at this place by Natalia. She layered one side and not the other, so it's lopsided and is growing out just as bad as it looked originally. When i asked her to "fix it" nicely, she not only didn't fix it, she charged me for another haircut. Since I was already seeing her regularly to get my roots done, and i was an established client, I thought it was very unprofessional and not at all good for business to charge me again. She said I had waited six weeks and should have told her sooner. I beg to differ. A very good, solid haircut will last six weeks just fine. It might need to be trimmed, but the structure will hold. If it starts out lousy, it stays lousy. Her haircut was lousy, and she was too arrogant to admit that. Her loss. read more
