Not only is she a gem of a person to hang out with as she makes me beautiful, but her whole team are so professional and lovely. Her receptionists are prompt and wonderful about appointments and serving you as you enter the salon doors. To say I'm picky about my salon experiences is an understatement. But I totally relax under Sierra because I know she's about to transform me into a woman who looks and feels good about herself by the time I leave. She's also taken the time to know me and what I like, so every time is exciting because she's got the best ideas!! I trust her! I've taken my daughter here too and she also was blown away, she was like a whole new person after Sierra's team frosted her hair. It was STUNNING!! She is so talented and my hair felt unbelievably healthy after. I got a blowout with Grace, she is so sweet and my hair was so gorgeous afterwards. Ivory did a partial blonding, root tap, and toner on me. She showed me all of the toners and was so patient with helping me decide on which one I wanted to go with. It turned out amazing and it's the best my hair has ever looked. I feel so confident and she did such an amazing job!! Riss is super personable and kind, she's a great listener, down to talk about whatever, and honestly-- when times are silent, it's fun to watch her work her magic. One thing I love about Riss is that she's all about low maintenance. About 2 maybe 3 times a year I get a balayage and in between those appointments I get glosses/toner and the occasional haircut. Riss has always listened to my wants and needs, and when I didn't know how to exactly articulate what I wanted-- she was able to create that communication by asking great clarifying questions. Hair lingo can get confusing at times lol. Prior to working with Riss, every salon I went to I dreaded checking out... I always felt my stylist was trying to push products on to me that I didn't really want or need. Riss carries Davines and they are literally the best products ever. Super clean ingredients and after looking more into the brand they are all about sustainability which is pretty awesome. Marissa also did my wedding hair and most of my bridesmaids as well!
