I have shown her picture of what I like and want and she always turns out a cut that is both close to the photo and flattering for my face. She is super attentive and knows what she is doing in all aspects of cutting and dying hair. Just recently I decided I wanted ombré hair and brought her a photo of what I wanted but was still hesitant about the end result. She explained the process told me she was only going to start out on the lower ends to see if I liked it and to protect my hair from damage. Another thing I love about her, she is honest with you about how your hair will probably react to treatments. Anyway she did the tips of my hair in a gorgeous dark red/brown shade (I have sandy blond/brown hair) and it looks freaking awesome! I will be going back to her in a few weeks to add lighter to the top and darker to the bottom. Ladies if your looking for a gal that knows her stuff when it comes to ombrés at a price that won't break the bank I highly recommend Tiffany Hathaway. I listened as Bibet did a consultation with my mom and asked her SO many questions that really helped her get a feel for what my mom was looking for. Bibet left her hair a little long in case she decided to have a perm. She loved her hair so much that she decided she didn't need one and went back so BIbet could trim it a little shorter. My parents came back home to OC and my mom said she wanted to head back up to Morro Bay because she needed a trim... now THAT means she was happy!!
