They lose clients because of their lack of professionalism. You can't even have a word with the owner without him losing his temper. The office people are very close to him. So if the owner doesn't get in touch with you neither will his staff. I am saving you all from dealing with the headache. I'm not sure how or why they're in business and I hope the BBB get in touch with them because no person should work with a company that play with YOUR pay, hours, and plainly don't respect you as a worker.

Very clean facility, easy to find (entrance is in the rear) and parking is great--just make sure you pay attention to the signs. The whole staff was great. Ross and Jacqueline (I believe, sorry if it's not!) took my fingerprints and they were very kind and informative. I did chat with another employee and she was very pleasant as well. After getting my car towed by an overaggressive towing company (I rightfully parked in the adjacent lot to get a haircut, in the same parking area as the barbershop). Despite having a receipt of my haircut, the towing company demanded that I pay the $170 fee to release my car. I contacted Lockdown Security, who were the ones doing security for the barbershop I attended. Let me tell you, living in a big city like Chicago, I've encountered my fair share of organizations and businesses that don't care or have the time of the day for you...so I was pleasantly surprised that Officer Mike C.with Lockdown was laser-focused on getting my car back, contacting the towing company himself, and arranging that I get my car returned to me since I was rightfully parked at that location. I got my car back (without having to pay the fee). I can't emphasize enough Mike C. and Lockdown's assistance and problem solving skills, especially since the above described situation occurred after I had worked a long shift prior to visiting the barbershop. And If I owned a business, I'd definitely hire Lockdown Security due to their incredible Professionalism and Customer Service. I'd put Lockdown as one of the Top-3 Customer Service experiences in my life, easy.

The urgency of my requested was expressly communicated to Brad Weaver in our November phone conversation. Your firms lack of response and communication about Brad's personal issues hindered the progression of my case and pushed it back an additional two months.
