Dr. Bonvallet demonstrated a notably higher level of diagnostic insight and clinical thoroughness. He was the only physician to identify an additional, clinically significant cervical pathology that warranted further diagnostic evaluation. The subsequent testing substantially altered the surgical strategy and ultimately the type of procedure required. I underwent cervical spine surgery with Dr. Bonvallet on December 11, 2025, with an excellent outcome. The procedure was fully successful, and my preoperative neck pain has completely resolved. Dr. Bonvallet is meticulous, highly professional, and methodical in both surgical planning and execution. He ensures that patients clearly understand the rationale, risks, and goals of the procedure and provides attentive postoperative follow-up with clear availability for concerns. I went back for a consultation today, I needed help getting some labs done for a general wellness checkup and he asked me how was my hernia appointment with the doctor he referred me to, how was our adjustment to TN since we moved from FL and it was very shocking to me because all the doctors I've been to, never ask follow up questions like these. Dr. Barker has very mixed reviews on google, so I never really expected much from him, but he is a very thoughtful and kind person. He trully cares about his patients and takes his time writing and reviewing notes from/for your appointment. The staff in the office are very efficient and helpful with anything you need, they changed my pharmacy with no problem when I called them a month or so ago, accept electronic copies of insurance cards, hassle free environment. The doctors offices are very clean and tidy. I would totally reccomend Dr. Barker to anyone who needs obgyn care. I will be making an appointment for my mom for her annual visit.

It's been years since we have seen him but we wanted to reach out, again, to thank him for what he did for us ( and our children...by saving their father from the grips of bladder cancer at a very young age). I came across the only other review on this site, .... a one star review. Very misleading. I had to post an accurate review of who this incredible man is. Dr Jackson is not only a highly credentialed, incredibly skilled surgeon but is also, without exception, the most compassionate, gentle, and kind human beings one could hope to meet. He is available for all of his patients. His understanding and support for them goes far above and beyond.... We met him for a consultation when he was head of the robotics dept at the Cleveland Clinic, Florida location. Our relationship spanned years. When he left CC to move to Chatanooga we flew there for my husband's checkup. Dr Jackson's expertise was that important to us......we would have followed him to the ends of the earth. We can't thank him enough for the kind and comforting soul that he was through those decades of our lives. My husband is alive and well today thanks to Dr Jackson. We are forever grateful

Now I know that part is not his fault, but I simply was needing to see if he could call to let them still do the procedure regardless, but before I could get a few words in he jumped down my throat about calling him after hours and that he could care less....in his words I'm not gonna deal with that other symptom right now and as far as your MRI is concerned that between you and your insurance company. Yes, maybe I should have waited to tell him, but I actually did tell his answering service to just simply leave him a message, but after I told them they insisted that I talk to the doctor....again reinforcing what I said as important enough. Not only are they rude to the parents but also the children. I have had to move on multiple occasions and every time we moved back to Chattanooga we would returned to Dr. Erinle because he is such a great doctor. The down side is his staff. They are very unprofessional and on more than one occasion they have hung up on me while trying to get medical records over the phone and over three hundred miles away.

Bedside manner, OMG, Dr. Nash, listened, explained, tried many before treatments prior to the actual surgery. Went home same day, still they were in contact.. My spine and pain doctor suggested DR Jason Rogers. After doing a little investigating and looking into Rogers qualifications I was impressed. Before he would see me I had to send him all my medical requarding my right hip. After about 2 weeks I got a call from his nurse, he had agreed to take me on as a patient. We didn't want to jump into surgery so we traveled every avenue we could and then after 6 or so months we decided a Hip Replacement was my only option. So on June 18, 2018 I went under the knife. Was released from the hospital the very next day. I'm a little over 2 weeks out and I feel like a new person. Thanks to the wonder DR Jason Rogers. I highly recommend him.

My husband went to the Neurosurgeon, and it was determined he had a spinal cord injury, and the main trunk nerve was compressed in his neck. He is on the slow road to mending I have to thank them both. Now my husband needs to have his other hip replacement done. I hope Dr. Bruce will be able to do that for him as well.
