After waiting a few minutes the operator and another employee came in saying that BCBS Medicare insurance wasn't going to approve the scan for today. I would have to reschedule. What about my copay? The woman said they could hold it until the rescheduled date or they would refund it. I got angry and frustrated with this situation and blew up at the young woman. I am very sorry that I did that to her and I'm not happy with my conduct toward her. I simply didn't tell her this is the 3rd time in the last month I've been rescheduled. I want the scan done in a timely way. The last scan 7 months ago revealed a mass and my doctor ordered the scans to be done every 6 months. We're behind. I took the young lady's advice and rescheduled for November 5. I didn't ask for the copay refund. The young lady offered to handle the reschedule but in my anger I wouldn't let her. I called Chattanooga imaging after I cooled down. Patient's need to have patience.

When I arrived, I was told I had to pay the full copay or I couldn't be seen. They would not work with me and said I would also be charged a $50 reschedule fee if I wanted to reschedule. I canceled the appointment and asked my doctor to refer me to another imaging center. Avoid Chattanooga Imaging if you can. I would give a 0 rating if I could.

When years later he was…read morelosing feeling in his arms and legs below the elbow and knees he could have tried to keep treating him, but insisted he go to a neurosurgeon. My husband went to the Neurosurgeon, and it was determined he had a spinal cord injury, and the main trunk nerve was compressed in his neck. He is on the slow road to mending I have to thank them both. Now my husband needs to have his other hip replacement done. I hope Dr. Bruce will be able to do that for him as well.

I had severe female issues and she saw the urgency in my situation. She recommended an appt to see Dr House. They got me in the next day. Dr House's Assistant, Julie, was super sweet, funny, attentive, and caring. After seeing Dr House, he said I needed surgery next week. Dr House is the genius type.
