He took all of 4 mins. to tell my husband his cancer had spread and needed a medical oncologist. After being his patient for at least 6 yrs I would not recomend him to my worse enemey. His nurse practioner is as bad. He does not deserve a one star rating.

I was instructed to show up for surgery at 6AM and when I arrived I was told my surgery was not scheduled until 11:30 (it actually was delayed until after 12:30). The hospital staff just laughed it off and said he does that to everyone, but we don't complain because he keeps our OR full. He prescribed a drug for me without discussing risks or possible side effects. Worst physician I have ever encountered.

All 3 Receptionist were very welcoming, sweet and caring. I was scheduled to see NP, Angie. She was very thoughtful, thorough, and understanding. I had severe female issues and she saw the urgency in my situation. She recommended an appt to see Dr House. They got me in the next day. Dr House's Assistant, Julie, was super sweet, funny, attentive, and caring. After seeing Dr House, he said I needed surgery next week. Dr House is the genius type. He knows what to do after thoroughly going over all my medical records. Shelly, the scheduler, called me next day and scheduled surgery a few days later. Not going to happen. Take my advice and find another urologist group, one that has nothing to do with Memorial hospital.

Strange...we were looking for Dr. Jackson's current address so we could send him a card…read more My husband wouldn't be alive today to send that card if it weren't for Dr. Jackson. It's been years since we have seen him but we wanted to reach out, again, to thank him for what he did for us ( and our children...by saving their father from the grips of bladder cancer at a very young age). I came across the only other review on this site, .... a one star review. Very misleading. I had to post an accurate review of who this incredible man is. Dr Jackson is not only a highly credentialed, incredibly skilled surgeon but is also, without exception, the most compassionate, gentle, and kind human beings one could hope to meet. He is available for all of his patients. His understanding and support for them goes far above and beyond.... We met him for a consultation when he was head of the robotics dept at the Cleveland Clinic, Florida location. Our relationship spanned years. When he left CC to move to Chatanooga we flew there for my husband's checkup. Dr Jackson's expertise was that important to us......we would have followed him to the ends of the earth. We can't thank him enough for the kind and comforting soul that he was through those decades of our lives. My husband is alive and well today thanks to Dr Jackson. We are forever grateful

I called his answering service as it was after hours with a question which to me as a patient…read moreseemed very alarming considering my medical issue which involved some new information that the doctor didn't know and an MRI scan that got cancelled due to my insurance denying it.....which in my opinion should not have been cancelled just not covered as I had waited nearly a month for the appointment. Now I know that part is not his fault, but I simply was needing to see if he could call to let them still do the procedure regardless, but before I could get a few words in he jumped down my throat about calling him after hours and that he could care less....in his words I'm not gonna deal with that other symptom right now and as far as your MRI is concerned that between you and your insurance company. Yes, maybe I should have waited to tell him, but I actually did tell his answering service to just simply leave him a message, but after I told them they insisted that I talk to the doctor....again reinforcing what I said as important enough. I'm not the doctor here...how am I to know what is important enough or not, or simply does he only care about money and not really any concern for your health ?
