Nothing short of amazing. I have dealt with many home inspections/companies for my clients (and myself) over the last 12 years but never has there been one as great as Morrison inspections. Dave and Jasmine are fantastic. They responded to every call and text immediately. But that was only the beginning. 1. I had an incredibly detailed inspection report emailed to me 18 hours after the inspection! Past inspectors turnaround time was a minimum of 4 days. 18 hours was astounding. My client was astounded. 2. Without a doubt the most comprehensive and detailed inspection report ever. Past reports averaged anywhere from 13 to 25 pages in length maximum. Morrison's report was 90 pages and very detailed! My client again was amazed. 3. Almost all inspections do not go on the roof or crawlspace. Morrison inspectors did both. If it is accessible and safe to do, they do it! 4. Finally, the cost. They charge the same or less than other companies who do much less. In fact, I noted that I paid the same amount back in 2010 for an inspection of my 900 square foot condo as Morrison charged my client for an inspection of a 3500 square foot property (with 2 dwellings.) My condo inspector would not inspect the roof and his report was 10 pages long. I cannot recommend Morrison Inspections enough. They will be the ONLY company I use from now on. I forgot to mention that included is a free termite inspection and that company also provided a detailed report...all included in the quoted price. I dont know how you do it...but please keep doing it. read more
