OK let me start by saying I am the home owner and didn't pay these guys. All I know is they left my home completely exposed after the inspection. Under your home is a very important thing to keep sealed. And it was left open for days until a neighbor. Took a picture. Very quick exam maybe 1 hour to 1:30. Not thorough, we found many problems with the house by ourselves once we closed. No point in hiring him, waste of money. He says he just does a "visual inspection" basically goes around and does a cursory inspection, would not recommend. read more

I was suggested to hire Mr. Boeger by my real estate agent to do the inspection on my home I purchased. It's been 1 year since I moved in. Upon on moving to the house, there was a leaking from main point of Sewer where all the drains come to. I went underneath my house, I could see it even I'm not professional. I had several back up from kitchen. Kitchen piping was not properly installed lilke up steep towards disposer from drain, I could notice when I was mentioned by plumber. My roof has been having leaking twice in different spot since I moved here. I checked my inspection report and nothing mentioned about those. I could have taken into account extra cost or at least I could have taken prior action not to have worse experience if I knew those, Did I waste my money? read more

Review of building inspection for buying a single family home in El Segundo. Pros - electronic reports, able to pay with Venmo. Overall professional. Cons - Inspector didn't want follow him and ask questions due to "slowing him down" and there would be plenty of time at the end to ask questions. I was prepared with coveralls to see any issues that would arise, especially in the crawl space. He mentioned that he would not be traversing the crawl space but using a robot. When quoted how long it would take, he mentioned 2 hours. He finished in a little over an hour. When I received the report, it noted minor crack in the foundation. When I followed up in email, he noted that these cracks are too small for pictures and did not note where they were. That was annoying. What's the point of recommending small fixes if I can't see it or know where it is? I was especially annoyed with something as important as the foundation. -Report had some typos about including a thermal image on the performace of the a/c. This did not exist. read more
