One even spent 3.5 hrs trying to figure out the problem. After 2 jokers and all that time I called yet another plumber on a Saturday evening. Garman showed up and in less than 5 mins told me what the problem was. He didn't charge me for an emergency call either. I handed him a $20 and he was fine with that.
