Steve returned within a week to install everything in just a few short hours. About a week after installation, some things came up with our adjustment to the water and Steve was really attentive in coming back to offer some ideas. We don't know what caused our issues with adjusting to the new water, but the fact that he was so quick to return to help did not go unnoticed. Do yourself a favor and call Steve for water needs!

My personality is trusting people. Prior to the installation I asked about annual service. It would be approximately $300 a year. Well they doubled with our very first service. $639.32. Just to place a routine annual service $127? That's like me calling the salon to make an appt and they charge me $127 prior to my appt? Same issues: installation in the spring of 2024...water damage throughout our basement. We had to call our plumber and boxes of files were not salvageable. 1st year of service April 2025? Had to replace a malfunctioning expansion tank? No warranty? They listed "reverse osmosis"? Don't recall purchasing anything related to osmosis. I will be calling them tomorrow. Really curious to hear about our *Reverse Osmosis* that we never purchased They take advantage of customers. We sign after the work is done o my because I thought I was signing a routine service. Putting a customer on the spot. What are we suppose to do AFTER they performed the work. Worse, I just had a family death. They are very polite but disgraceful in unethical and at times incompetent. Big regret.our system cost $7k a Reverse Osmosis system would be double but they charge us for servicing a system we don't have?
