Felt like my hair didn't look any different when I left than it did when I got there. No one even noticed I got my hair done it was such a subtle change despite me saying I wanted to go much lighter. I also didn't like that their shop said it would cost a certain amount and I was charged DOUBLE that. I get that I have a lot of hair and use more product so I knew it would be slightly more.
