We have been members here since they opened even though we have moved away we kept them as our home club. Now trying to put our accounts on Flex plus since we have built up so many massages due to life issues (difficult pregnancy and premature baby). Been trying to place this for over a month and manager has never returned calls or responded to emails. At this point we are looking into switching to a different location. I've never had any issues or complaints about massages. My complaint is about their policy about the rates. When I first joined I was told that I was locked into a rate, one of the pluses they kept pushing because their monthly membership rates were going to increase, but now I'm being told that that was incorrect. Also, they don't do refunds. So to avoid being charged and not being able to refund, word to the wise, don't join first of all and if you do, cancel your membership before they charge your card. 3 stars because I honestly didn't have any issues with the service, but a negative because 1) I'm not able to get massages on a monthly basis and 2) I felt like I had a bait and switch with the pricing policy. read more

I went for a massage and the massage was awesome! I felt like a brand new person when I walked out. But when I checked my bill days later, I saw that I was charged an additional $10 fee. No one had notified me about this charge and they had plenty of chances to. After I had walked out of my massage, they asked if I wanted to leave a tip (which I did) but still no one had told me about this extra fee. When I called to be refunded the fee, they said that "all sales where final". Even sales that the customer had no idea they purchased? Bad business model, scam customers of their money without their knowledge and then deny a refund. read more

Massage Envy Clay - Everyone good and professional - mostly used for stretching and Qwen is super good. But overal was not using the services enough and so built up a back log. Decided recently to cancel due to a upcoming medical situation and so won't be able to use at all for a while. This is where the trouble starts, all kinds of BS restrictions , have to use up 6 services or give them to others in 2 months. So I tried to do this - but they are so booked there is no way to get this in with out being a big hassle. So okay lets just refund me for the unused and now unbookable services. Staff not able to do that okay let me speak to owner and work something out ? Bottom line can't get a hold of owner as they hide behind staff. Staff not allowed to give out owner info. I read some other reviews and someone chimes in and says go to some portal ? Not happening - get on the phone and call me and lets work something out. I was leaving with only good things to say - but now you have messed that up unless you make it right. Up to you. Watch out for fine print and no human factor - treated like a robot. read more

My first year of spa envy was incredible. Great staff, appointments were easy to get. My second however is horrible. I had remarks in my file to please call as a reminder. Apparently the only time they call is to tell you you missed your appointment and they're going to charge you! I've had 3 massages and 1 facial in 12 months! Today's appointment beats the cake- my massager quit and no one bothered to say squat. If I could give negative scores I would!! If the place is understaffed it would explain the rotten service, if it's not understaffed, they need an education class in customer service. I'm normally easy going, but this is UNEXCEPTABLE. why pay good money for a membership that craps on you! read more

Very relaxing professional massage. The therapist asked about my preferences beforehand regarding areas to focus on as well as areas to avoid, and honored my requests to the letter. A little bit of a hard sell at the end regarding a monthly membership (from the front desk folks, not the massage therapist) but that was expected and not aggressive. I'll be back! read more

I originally signed up for facials and had a horrible allergic reaction to their "sensitive skin" products - my face was red, painful and puffy (abnormally so), and my entire upper body broke out in a nasty rash that lasted for 3 days. When I went in to show them I felt like complete garbage - the esthetician I had seen was not available, and a different woman looked at it and made me feel like it was my fault. I actually left in tears. My regular esthetician called me the following day to check on me, which I appreciated - we tried twice more and the same thing happened. The manager kind of shrugged, and said "maybe I shouldn't get facials anymore." Gee, thanks! When I asked if I could be relieved of my contract with a doctors note due to the allergy, she said that I couldn't because they offer other services that I would be able to use - massages. Okay, cool (not really). The girls at the desk are nice, but there's such a high turnover that it's not surprising they make a lot of mistakes. I struggled to find a masseuse I liked and could consistently see because either the masseuse would leave, call off or would get scheduled when they weren't available. Twice in my year, I went in with an appointment for one person, and ended up seeing a different person with no notice - a courtesy call would have been nice. On the morning of my last massage appointment, I was having car trouble so I called them immediately and the girl rudely told me that there was nothing she could do, that I would still be charged. I asked if I could reschedule for later in the day and she said they were all completely booked for the next 2 days - ironically enough, the last 2 days of my contract - so I got screwed out of $60. She said I could still re-book though- and pay the 50% loss on the first one, and use my last massage...wait, what? Aren't you full? I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately, too many little things turn it sour. read more

I stopped my membership for a while after my husband passed away but decided to start focusing on myself again so I joined again in December 2021. The staff turnover has been terrible. I have had multiple cancellations and rescheduling. I currently have not had an appointment for a couple of months as they have no 90 minute appointments available. I have called several times and today was told they offer other services. I don't want other services. I asked to speak with the manager, she's not there and they don't know when she will be there. I asked for the corporate phone number and was told the call will be returned to them as there is no corporate phone number. Lastly, my membership fee went up from $65 to $70 per month without notice- I am waiting for a call back on that. A service that is supposed to reduce your anxiety has done the opposite for me. Do your research on staff turnover and make sure they have someone you can speak with outside of their overburdened front desk staff. Very disappointing! read more

Went here for a lower back injury to muscles. The first time the girl was great, although part-time. The next time back, that massage therapist was no longer there and the second "therapist" left me with NEW back pain for three weeks. No way I was trying for a third. I called to cancel today and was told I needed a doctor's note. I didn't come with a doctor's note or recommendation and my appointments were cash. My back injury was an old workmen comp case that's long been settled. There's no doctor involved. So, I canceled my debit card so they can't charge me. Run away from this place as fast as you can before they hurt you and you can't run. They're lucky I'm not sueing them. read more

Right when I walked in the girls were so friendly and lovely! Robin did my massage and did such an amazing job(one of the best massages i've had and I have been to very high end spas in the area) and she was very sweet. Amazing front desk staff and amazing massage therapists!! You can tell the therapists really care about your needs! Definitely more of a treatment massage than just a fluff. The membership is a good price especially if you want to get regular massages. They walk you through the entire membership which I feel most sales people dont. You sign a million times so you know exactly what youre getting! Highly recommend to my friends and family! read more

Never got a chance to get facial, have to set appt, if set appt and have to cancel they charge you a fee, only if have a membership can you get better service according to the receptionist, they take 10 min from your massage time for a consultation , would never refer anyone. And all of this is just a 3min conversation upon walking in, very disappointed!! read more

I had a gift card to use at this facility and was considering signing up for a membership. I asked for a deep tissue massage and did not get that. I was freezing the entire time and the therapist put an extra sheet over me to warm me. I was offered a massage at introductory rate to try again but figured I should stick to places I know do a good job. Worst massage ever. read more
