Upon arrival we were escorted into a room complete with two lovely huge chairs that went all the way back so that we could lie down. But First, I seated on an ottoman and I was given a pillow to put on my lap and given a back massage as well as neck and scalp. This was while my feet were soaking in a basin of hot water. After that, I was able to lie down on a very comfortable massage chair with my legs up on an Otterman. The foot and leg rub was great. Towards the end, they used hot stones. Lastly, my feet and legs were cleaned up with towels to make sure we didn't slip when we got up. A really positive experience. The two masseuses, Jack and Wendy were lovely and very welcoming. I would definitely go back, in fact I plan on it.

I had a wonderful experience! The house is a beautiful older home that has been renovated beautifully. The was a friendly black dog that greeted me when I came in. The owner Kathy made sure to ask if the dog was ok to have around me. I love dogs and this dog was sweet. The dog actually made me feel more at home and comfortable. The smells and music were very relaxing as well. The massage was excellent. Perfect pressure and touch and by the end my pain was more tolerable. Around 7:00 I finally just drove there because they were supposedly open until 8 pm. I used my GPS to find the location and when I got there I was completely confused. There was a building with construction on one side and absolutely no signs for Blisfuleigh Iced. I double checked the address on the building, groupon, and website... I finally walked in through another business located in the building and asked if Blissfuleigh Iced even existed at that location. She said it did and I could cut through their halls. I finally found it but the door said they closed at 6 pm. There was a woman still there so I opened the door and asked about their hours. I told her the website said they were open until 8 pm and she said "No, they must not have changed it from the NY location hours." I also asked if I could schedule an appointment. She said she didn't have any appointments for three solid weeks. I was completely disappointed by the difficulty in finding office and the appearance of the "waiting room," which was very sparse and shabby. I opted not to make an appointment and will be letting the groupon expire so I can use my money on a different groupon purchase.
