I went in for a massage to help with neck/shoulder tension, as well as sinus pressure/drainage needs. Kat easily picked up on my cues about the amount of pressure I prefer (a lot). In addition, she noticed inflammation in my elbow that i wasn't even noticing. Don't you know I've been leaning on that elbow at work! Effectively she helped me adjust my habits to prevent injury for a healthier work life.
