I have been working with Amanda for about 2 x per week for 2 weeks for cervical disc herniation as well as a multitude of severe back spasms, tightness and excruciating pain. To say that she has the gift of healing through just hands. She is absolutely amazing! Her work on me has included cupping as well as deep tissue massage. I've been to just about every spa and other specialty massage businesses, but I can honestly say that not one could compare to what Amanda has to offer. She is so in tune to where your body needs the most work and provides just the right treatment to those areas. She has helped me tremendously thus far. I'm so thankful to have found her. As a side, I must add that the first few times I went to Timeless Massage I worked with Mame, who is also fantastic herself! You are pulled gently to help the muscles relax and they know exactly what puncture points to push to help release tension. The facial with blue light therapy was great, this humidity does a number on my skin and the cooling mask helps witj hydration. He briefly reviewed my listed problem areas (noted on the paper they give you at check in) to diving right in. The spa is beautiful. Hot tub is outside but only for spa guests and has walls surrounding it to block the wind. Each bathroom has a sauna. And you can have wine, beer, champagne or Prosecco if you choose. It's attached to the Tailwater, so if you're looking for a high end spa and fish destination this is probably the best place to go in NY!

Every item you could imagine from essential oils, lotions, hair products, tooth brushes etc and lavender infused cold towels. There was a sauna with a sitting area and the showers were clean and beautiful. My treatment was a wrap and it came with a mimosa. The wrap was wonderful! The scrub was a great way to exfoliate. There was a shower in the room to rinse off the scrub and then the lotion made my skin so soft. The employees are very an accommodating and professional. The only drawback was the prices were pretty high compared to what I have spent in the past. I would also suggest some additional ambiance in the outdoor area. I do recommend this spa it is beautiful and very pampering.
