The woman at the front desk, I can't remember her name because I was distracted, but she had strawberry blonde hair -- was extremely helpful and kind, guiding me through everything with patience and understanding. The owner, Doug, personally introduced himself and noticed I was a little stressed, which meant a lot. I left feeling so thankful and blessed that they were able to help me. I was so impressed when I went in for my transmission acting weird, that I scheduled my brake appointment with them in two weeks, and I can confidently say I refuse to go anywhere else now. I've already started referring all my friends here and I just left the shop 30 min ago haha. Yes, quite expensive, don't mind paying for quality, and the service that comes with it. Now, the problem. I brought my car in on a Tuesday morning, for a 9am appointment & left it. I never received a notification they were working on my car, as was the case in the past. At 4pm I finally called them, after hearing nothing, I was told they had been working on it, but, could not find the problem. Okay, I said. Then at 5:05 I received a text that they were now working on my car. Remember, I had a 9am appointment. Car was kept overnight, they never bothered to tell me that it was necessary. I received a call at 11:30am the next day informing the car was done. I asked for a transmission fluid change & for them to install a front license plate bracket. I was told OK. I had not heard from them at 4:30, so I called. The mechanic could not be located & they had not started on my car, or even found out information on the license plate bracket, which can be obtained at ANY parts store. I never imagined they would keep my car overnight again, for simple stuff! I told them to come get me. They just couldn't/wouldn't understand a business man with one car, how it was inconvenient to me. Unfortunately, I cannot use a business that will not keep me in the loop. Based on this fact alone, I will not return.

They dropped me off and picked me up with no hassles and it was a good conversation, too. I felt like they really cared about the quality of their work and cars in general. I dropped it off, was given a fair price, and was told by Aiden at the front desk it would be done the same day. A couple hours later I was given a call and a very easy to follow mechanics report including photos of the exact wire that had broken off inside the connector was included. I opted to solder the wire back on myself instead of having them splice a new one in and Aiden gave me the total cost... LESS THAN WHAT HE HAD ORIGINALLY QUOTED! As it turns out while the mechanic (Dan) was working on my car he saw my gear In the back of my car and realized I was a firefighter so the gave me the discount without me even asking for it. I took the car back in after I finished the soldering to have Aiden reset the computer and clear the codes, which he did for free, and have been driving the car for months now with no further issues. This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop and I highly recommend this service station wither you need work, maintenance, or just need some advice from a real mechanic.
