I told Pat I was not in a hurry to pick the truck up so they could take their time. They called me the to pay the bill which is $1440.00. No-one contacted me to tell me about a $300 increase in my bill and what it was for. They also didn't tell me on the phone.I had to ask them. I went to pick up my check out of the parking lot and it was dead. So obviously I had to retrieve jumper cables and jumpstart my pick up. The shop was closed a half hour prior to me picking it up. I won't be returning because they didn't keep their word or contact me to let me know if the increase in price. The owner contacted me and removed the added charges. I am very grateful. The car had gotten to the point where the brakes were squealing, with completely worn pads, so there was metal pressing on metal. The car is old, and I figured it probably needed additional repairs to make it safe. The staff drew up an invoice of items that needed to be fixed, sorted by priority. I wasn't certain about one top item, so a staff member showed me on the car what was wrong and explained the dire consequences that could result if it were not repaired. They were able to complete all of the requested repairs the same day. (I noticed that they asked their parts distributor to make a speedy delivery.) The staff members seemed honest and knowledgeable, and they were friendly and pleasant. I would take my car here, and I recommend it to others. I recommended it to my son.

I got a standard oil change and the recommended 60k mile maintenance on my Civic, and I had to get a signal light assembly replaced that was severed, probably by a rodent. The part took a while to show up, but I think it was on the supply side as opposed to this shop's diligence. The shuttle service was pretty good. They dropped me off and picked me up with no hassles and it was a good conversation, too. I felt like they really cared about the quality of their work and cars in general. I would be remiss to skip over the coffee! I tried a latte while I was there and I was impressed. The flavor was just perfect, showcasing the quality of the roast. I dropped it off, was given a fair price, and was told by Aiden at the front desk it would be done the same day. A couple hours later I was given a call and a very easy to follow mechanics report including photos of the exact wire that had broken off inside the connector was included. I opted to solder the wire back on myself instead of having them splice a new one in and Aiden gave me the total cost... LESS THAN WHAT HE HAD ORIGINALLY QUOTED! As it turns out while the mechanic (Dan) was working on my car he saw my gear In the back of my car and realized I was a firefighter so the gave me the discount without me even asking for it. I took the car back in after I finished the soldering to have Aiden reset the computer and clear the codes, which he did for free, and have been driving the car for months now with no further issues. This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop and I highly recommend this service station wither you need work, maintenance, or just need some advice from a real mechanic.
