Ernesto was very prompt and "enthusiastic" about the project saying "thanks for the opportunity to earn your business" as he left. Then crickets. No estimate. We thought we would have to replace the gutter down the whole side, but he took a look and said we just needed to put larger downspouts on and he suggested moving the second downspout away from a window well (Builder error). The next day Juan and Ramone came out and were super nice. They went above and beyond having to place a downspout while working around our bushes and even designed the downspout to have an angle to go over our large planter bed and head to where the water needed to flow. Great job. Colors of the downspout were a perfect match so no painting even needed! Totally recommend.

The previous space was not very functional or attractive. We also learned through the bathroom demo that the bathroom floor was not structurally sound. This meant that the bedroom ceiling below needed a complete renovation as well since we needed a new bathroom subfloor. Bryan's crew installed a walk-in shower, tile flooring, ceramic tiles along the walls, a custom glass shower door, fresh paint, along with a new toilet, sink and mirror. The bathroom is fully functional, feels more spacious and we love the design! Bryan's team was knowledgeable, hard working and did an excellent job. We were extremely happy with the end result.

He seemed attentive and the next steps were to have him go to the house to measure and preview things. I never heard from him again. His office did call to let me know that they were going to go to the house and after they had been there to measure I never heard back from them in any shape or form. Totally ghosted me and I had several large projects on my list that I thought would be right up their alley. No worries. I found another company and things went smoothly and I have several projects scheduled and materials already secured and purchased. Silver lining that they never called back, but totally unprofessional. I found it really odd that the owner of the company would not email, or text me after a 30 minute project review but have the company rep communicate with me instead. That is a first for me and I have done dozens of jobs on multiple rentals and primary residences over the years.
