It is almost set up as a rest area teasing you with a huge building that says "RESTROOMS", but it is useless if it is closed!!! The gas station is huge, the store is tiny with slot machines shoved in it and there are only two stalls in the bathroom!! We were there for 35 minutes just to use the bathroom! i usually stop here for gas and other amenities necessary for a decent road trip (in other words, for stuff i forgot when i started the road trip). they have some of the cheapest gas around and theres rarely a line for any of it. their autoport is huge enough to service big diesel 18 wheelers and small mini coopers alike. theres a set of restrooms outside, the likes of which can compete with the rest stop just a few miles down the 10. theres slot machines right next to the hot cheetoes for your flamin hot and blazin 7's fix. the women behind the counter are always friendly and smiling. being right next to the casino/ hotel isnt a bad location either. not to mention their proximity to the cabazon outlets. cabazon is certainly a place to stop and check out. read more

Card readers are failing again at the pumps. Sometimes you have to swipe 5 times or find another pump to use.

Cheapest gas in the area. Plenty of pumps and room for large trucks/RVs with trailers.

This place has the best gas and best prices in the valley!!! I always stop here when I'm passing through. Good prices, good service, this place can't be beat! Probably one of my fav gas stations in the IE. read more

Great gas prices and lots of pumps! The place is huge and very well lit. I have stopped getting gas off Hargrove in banning, too many people bother you. No problems at Morongo gas and the prices are at least 25 cents a gallon less than chevron, shell or 76. If I had one complaint it would be the credit card at the pump does not always work and you have to go inside which is fine unless I am in a hurry and there is a line. But people are friendly and sometimes I grab a cold drink,, other than that you can't go wrong! read more

Bathrooms are clean, gas prices are average, but what makes this place great is the dog run over by the dumpsters and car wash. It's not the biggest fenced area, but my dogs enjoy stretching their legs and doing their thing. read more

got there, prices were better than the rest of the area that wasn't in the reservation. hate the entrance and exit though. very steep and the bigger vehicles aren't really watching what they're doing making getting in and out a bit of a scary experience. read more

Cheapest gas in the area but using a credit card to pay at the pump took FOREVER to complete the transaction. Not sure why the pump's menu took so long to cycle because other large truck stops I've been to don't suffer from the same issue. Bonus is its immediate access to the casino next door if you need your gambling fix. I was fortunate enough to more than double my money in under five minutes, which paid for my gas. This gas station is awesome! There are slot machines, all kinds of cool little items, and they have the best beef jerky! The staff that works there is also pretty cool. They always greet you with a big smile and usually will crack a joke. I worked in there as a vendor as well and the receivers and staff treated me very well. I will never EVER stop to refuel at this gas station. In fact, I would rather push my car all the way to OC to get gas. For the 3rd week in a row the diesel pumps keypads have not been working. Instead of placing a sign saying, "sorry, parts are on the way please pay inside", instead of standing in the wind storms swiping my card before heading to pay inside only to have them tell me to go back, hit the cancel button and walk back in. I told them I would drive up to the next pump - they did not tell me that the enter button did not work so I would encounter the same problem. I have no patience for lazy, ignorant people! I will glady pay $0.20 more / gallon to get fuel! read more

The last 4 times I've been here I've only been able to gas up twice, and that was after trying more than 1 pump. The other 2 times I had to give up and go pay more elsewhere. Unreliable and frustrating. Unless you count being a pain in the a** every time as being reliable. Then they're just frustrating. read more

For being so "selective" when hiring people to work for any morongo businesses the ladies who work at the counter are ridiculously rude. I paid for gas then forgot to gas up (yes it was my fault) but when I realized what I had done I went back to see what they could do and they were so rude! I had to call their supervisor who was helpful and also refunded my money. But if I hadn't asked to talk with the supervisor they wouldn't have done anything about it! I give this Native American owned station a plus. First, fuel is less expensive. Second, large fueling area w/multiple pumps. Third, long lines for payment can occur, however; ample number of cashiers for coverage. Fourth, access to gaming within store. Fifth, good selection of cold beverages. This place is not with the few pennies you save. Their signage is nonexistent a and no one drives according to the arrows. Half the pumps are out of order and another quarter you have to go inside to pay for it. Then there are jerks that stay parked at the pumps and go inside and gamble! read more

gas prices are lower mostly because they don't pay state sales taxes. the lines tend to be long and I still think its weird that their are slot machines inside the gas station. They also don't sell alcohol in the gas station(that's not going to stop tribal members from drinking, they will just leave the reservation for their fix). read more

Best pricing anywhere!!! Easy in and out, will go there again. Perfect on the way to Palm Springs or back, or just to the outlets.

I stopped at Morongo Gas 3/20/13 to fill up my F350 diesel that was pulling my 5th wheel. I pulled into the RV lane and filled up getting 25 gallons. Got back on the freeway heading East and immediately heard a warning chime, looked down and saw "Water in the Fuel" warning. Went to a nearby RV park and opened the valve draining the separator. I caught it in a bowl and yes there was water in the fuel. Now I need to replace the 2 fuel filters which cost $65. read more

I used to love coming to this place I would drive out of my way just to come get gas and have a car wash but the last two times I have bought a car wash and nothing comes out then I have to fight for a parking spot to go inside and tell the cashiers who clearly hate there job cuz there one word answers like I'm a horrible person cuz there machines didn't print out my copy. Sorry I know you don't own the machines but dang. I felt like I was a burden and won't be going back or getting my car washed there again. read more
