Lowest prices of gas in the area... Usually my stop on the way back to LA from the Desert.. Typical gas station snacks inside... but they do have a lot of flavors of Monster and Rockstar energy drinks...plus the huge Red Bull cans... Slot machines inside for a quick gamble... Restrooms seem to be hit and miss... sometimes spotless sometimes truck stop status... wait..this is a truck stop hahahaha!!! Lots of pumps... CC machine at pumps is slow sometimes but who cares about waiting an extra minute... Can be extremely windy and cold at (well Socal cold) so be carefull your car door doesn't blow away when you open it... Car wash located next door read more

Many times when you are out and about traveling or visiting places and come across only gas station for a while prices always high, But My husband I were very shocked at the gas prices out here. They were the lowest we had seen during our recent trip to SoCal. Everyone was friendly and inside and out was very clean. We made sure to fill up before heading back to L.A. and very happy we did because the price of gas was 70 cents higher. So when you are out in Morongo visiting the outlet mall, the Casino, Hadleys Fruit market, Make sure to fill up here. So Happy they are expanding this area for travelers on interstate 10 heading out to Palm Springs or going the other way make sure to get your Gas and snacks here. read more

Contaminated gasoline? My wife fills her Lexus ES 350 at the Morongo travel center at least three times a month. We took the car into the Lexus dealership today because of engine problems and the maintenance light going on. The service manager reported back that amongst other problems the gasoline measured 15 on a scale where it should be 18 to 20 for premium gas. It is now obvious to me that Morongo is either selling contaminated gas or passing off regular unleaded as supreme. read more

They have excellent gas prices, clear bathrooms and good coffee in the mini mart. They convenient to the freeway.

The only decently priced gas station at Morongo, but because many people apparently forget how to pump gas when they pull up, it's the worst gas station. Long lines abound, yet I've seen people wash their entire car at the pump including the tires! While seeing you and 3 other people waiting for the pump. RUDE. They have signs on the pumps saying "don't leave your car to play slots" yet obviously people do this since there are slots inside (horrible idea). They need to have an attendant outside directing people to move and park once they're done getting GAS at the GAS PUMP and do their shopping and gambling afterward if they don't want to add pumps. I have waited in excess of 20 minutes (yes, I timed it) to get gas here before, and around the holidays it can be WAY longer. Also, don't count on getting any kind of decent food. For such a large station (30+ pumps) it's all junk food and knick knacks. Take a page from an AM/PM or the Harris Ranch station and offer a burrito bar, subway, even hummus/pretzel cups and fruit to go. read more

This place has at least 2 dozen pumps and it always is packed. This is such a great place to stop if you're traveling through and is surrounded by Starbucks, chipotle, Jersey Mike's, in n out, and the casino. For me, a gas station rating is based on the wait to get a pump, ability to pay with credit card, price, and accessibility. 1. They had about 30 pumps, so even though it was busy, it was easy to get a pump. No wait. 2. You can pay using Credit card. Saves you a trip inside. 3. A full 20 cents cheaper than the cheapest station I saw from LA to Palm Springs. And a full 40 cents cheaper than the closest station. Maybe they don't have to pay the gas tax? It's amazing. If you have a large tank, it makes a serious difference. 4. Easy to access from the highway. I didn't use their other services, so I can't comment on the carwash or the mart. read more

Price was comparable to gas prices at home. Has a convenience store for snacks, beverages and slot machines if you can't contain yourself to the casino next door. Don't forget the car wash to remove the desert dust off your car for just $4 more. read more

5 Star for the price of GAS, specially when prices are at an all time high of $4.49/gal for 87!!! The price here is $4.17 and the price down the street at Valero is $4.49!!! This place had the best gas prices in the area and seemed like a good place to stretch our legs after a long drive. Since there are so many lanes available, we didn't have to wait at all to get to a pump, even though it was pretty busy. We paid cash and service inside was slow. The girl working the register was not friendly and snatched my money without even a "Hello" or "Thank you." I wasn't pleased about that. They had a fair amount of snacks like your typical convenience store. They even had some slot machines inside, which I thought was odd, but hey, it is Morongo, right? The restrooms were just a short walk away from the gas pumps and convenience store. The stalls were clean, taken care of, and didn't smell, thankfully. Overall, a good and safe stop for cheap gas and restrooms. read more

Used to stop every morning for fuel and coffee. Now that they changed to some gourmet brand (which sucks anyways) about 3 out of 5 days a week the regular is empty. Whenever i am traveling along the 10 and need to fill up on gas, this is where i stop off at. The gas is usually $0.10 cheaper then the other near by gas stations. They have a good size mini-mart inside. The staff is always courteous and they have slot machines inside if you are feeling lucky! Also, the are near the Cabazon Outlets if you want to do some shopping and the main casino is behind the gas station. There is a Ruby's Dinner and A&W within walking distance. read more

I'm a fan of the cheap gas, but the store inside could be improved. Slot machines are a big plus, but unless you want a soda, chips, or candy you'll have to stop someplace else for a sandwich or other bite to eat. While many gas stations in the area have a better "snack" or "food" selection, it's hard to beat the price of gas here. Will probably be back again ... although the Chevron four or five miles east of there next to the Del Taco is still my favorite place around there. read more

Be careful! Tonight paid for more gas than was delivered. When the gas lever was released the pump continued to charge for gas that wasn't being delivered. The door where the pump rest had to be pushed in to stop the pump. Charged at least and extra $2 for gas not received. Went to the cashier to let him know what happen. Bear came out to the pump to perform a test on pump. His conclusion was that "it's not happening now". Three people saw the pump still rolling when has wasn't being pumped. The only thing we failed on was not having our phones out to video tape. FYI.... fill your tank before you come out this way. Smh.... read more

Cheaper gas prices than most other places, clean and brightly lit gas station, open 24 hours, decent beverage selection, and nice (enough) staff...4 stars. Why the 5 stars? Because they've got slot machines and in the course of a weekend, we took home nearly $60...without losing anything and without spending more than 40 minutes there...sure, the casino is just across the way...but...this was just a pit stop. I have been fueling at this location for several years with no problems whatsoever. The other day, I was fueling and several of us observed a truck back into customer in a car. "Security" was dealing with this when at the pumps a guy starts yelling at this small asian lady coming out to get into her car. He was in a hurry & upset that the lady was parked longer than he liked! I just at first "Kindly" stated he needed to stop yelling at the lady and to just wait his turn. Well, he got more belligerent and started in on me while I was walking into the establishment as I normally do to get my cup of coffee. As I walked I was yelling back at the guy to back off and go fuel as he was following me yelling at me. " The aggressor" ! So, the " Security" guy walks towards ME and starts loudly " Go about your business" Sternly! I stated Officer I am going about my business, that guy there is the problem and I tried to explain to him what was happening but he was not having ANYTHING to do with the TRUTH! He was going to just bust my balls! He ended up telling me I could not shop there and blocked me from getting coffee. Now I had just pumped $60 into my truck and normally spend anywhere from $800 - $1200 a month on fuel there. So, for a $12 hr Security " Cop wannabe" Morongo Lost My business plus anyone else that I tell the story to. Now, I also have my CA Security Card for my business. All these Security Officer at Morongo continued to state that I was actually breaking the Law by showing my badge and assisting this asian lady / Customer of Morongo! Yes, maybe I possibly violated a BSIS RULE by not just observing? But in order to assist a person from Verbal or physical abuse, I would DO IT AGAIN! If I cant help when needed in circumstances where a person needs intervention? Then what the hell worth is all the studying and having a Guard Card!!! You decide!!! read more

The hoses don't have extenders like Costco. So you have to make sure your tank is on the the same side as the dispenser. A minor hinderance that I am willing to put up with for cheap gas but please fix it Morongo to keep my loyalty strong. read more

This gas station is always so busy. But it's at the Casino and Outlets. Pretty safe. Police in parking lot. The bathrooms are usually pretty clean too but not on this stop. Overall it's a good place to gas up and get snacks. read more

Hint: paying with cash- use pumps closest to store in center. Walk is far from outside pumps. There is a carwash and they do have diesel. Ruby's Diner next door. RANT (stop reading now if you only want info): People stop complaining! Go to the Chevron down the street and pay more. This is the largest gas station in California and the west at 30+ pumps. There is NO software made in the U.S. for this. I'm a developer and the most they have out there is for 16 pumps. They had to have developed their own programs to run these...and continually service them. read more
