I got a fast email response, which was great. I really appreciated the customer parking at IB Rents and the waiver and bike pick-up process was quick and easy. The shop is situated right on the bike path in IB and just a short way away from the strand up to Coronado. It's perfect!

Sunday (today): My husband and I make the drive, from Oceanside, and enter the shop, which had zero customers, but 3 employees just sitting, and immediately could feel I was an inconvenience well before I asked about services. No hello, no how can I help you, just a simply no you need to go a mile west. Ummm OK, no problem, but holy wow on employing 3 staff who looked like they rather no be there and lacked customer service. I ended up walking to the other Holland Bicycles shop, off Orange Avenue, and was greeted by the best staff willing to help and answer questions. As a retired sales person: You're better off giving your money to the bike shop at 977 Orange Ave, Coronado - NOT here if you want nicer staff who truly want to work.
