Anyways here she is going through surgery they removed the plastic piece in the back tire, honestly it was an all out great experience due to Roman, he let me know about tune ups and how often they should be done and why. I got a fast email response, which was great. I really appreciated the customer parking at IB Rents and the waiver and bike pick-up process was quick and easy. The shop is situated right on the bike path in IB and just a short way away from the strand up to Coronado. It's perfect!
