Forgot to mention to it looks like he was been through this because he said it's not the first time so you've been worn he will keep your bike. He will keep charging you and the bike when I brought it in had 150 miles in it and when I picked it up, it had 220 miles and you can tell the bike was driven apart with scratches. This is a brand new bike that I brought in for one cable post and one flat tire.
