Thank you step out of the business went and knock on her window she was in the car she rolled down the window and he said you need to pay before you leave and the lady said I said I'll be right back. He comes back and complains to me about customers who leave and don't pay before they leave. I repeated to her sir I tell you she said she'll be right back here's my receipt can I please have my boots back he looked at me took the receipt and he said is it only one shoe? I repeat it I say it's a pair of shoes it's a pair of boots. Then he looked at me as he was already angry and she turned behind him grab the boots and gave them to me the zipper had a hole and I point that to him and then I offer will you like me to come back tomorrow so you have the time to fix that? Then he said I'll fix it right now because I never want to see you again not tomorrow not ever! I was surprised and I asked him are you the owner and he said yes, I asked him is this the reason why you feel you can be rude to customers his answer was yes! I have several times been to this place before with my dogs. I had brought a dog that was sick and…read moreafter talking to them I decided to put her to sleep because she was no longer having a quality of life being so sick. I noticed that my dog wasn't put to sleep immediately. It took her couple minutes to finally sleep. I couldn't bear watch her that now I think they didn't do the procedure properly as putting her with anesthesia first. I wish I didn't put my dog through this place. They are quick to see the dog and will give fast care but they have become expensive and a little careless. They seem to money driven now. They don't weight the dogs as they should to give proper medication dosages. They also have increased their prices that don't seem to be any better than the US.
