No More Excuses Bike Repair came on time and prepared. He did a great job on the bikes and even did a couple of extra things such as tightened a few nuts/bolts/screws. He also added some green slime that I had purchased to help reduce the chances of the tires going flat in the near future! I think he is very reasonably priced especially since we don't have a vehicle that can transport bikes anywhere. Highly recommend!!!!

The owner then told me it was going to take a 2 days to do a simple job like that, and that he was going to reach out to me in a day or 2 at most. After waiting for a week, I finally did reach out to the shop owner and learned that my bike was currently being worked on as I was on the phone. Little did he know, I was parked outside the store, looking at my bike outside the store locked with other bikes. Finally after a week and a half with $80 for diagnosis and an $85 part which apparently my bike needed, I got my bike back with basically my long wires zip tied to the bike and made to look like what I paid for was done. Not taking my bike ever again there, and please check your bikes when it's returned as I didn't do that.
