The fact that he was fine with taking our cars to Bill Mitchell's always stood out to me that he trusted them. They're upfront, honest, and great to work with. They won't nickel & dime you and if they can get you back on the road the same day they will. I've only ever had 2 instances where they had to keep my car longer than a day. They're also super about getting us in for small stuff. I recently had a "tire from hell" that was losing pressure all the time. Bill plugged it once, and when the plug started leaking, replugged it, and then a few weeks later pulled a nail and plugged it with no charge! He recommended I get a new tire as soon as I could, but wanted to get me the car back so I could get to work the next day. AWESOME service and really down to earth group of people.
