Turned out that it was primed wrong by the mechanic who performed my work. A week after the service I noticed a diesel leak on my driveway and found it coming from the rear fuel filter housing. Went back to OSSCO and they said it's probably a cracked fuel filter housing and quoted me over $500 to repair the issue that wasn't there before me taking the truck there for service. The reason for the crack they gave me was wear and tear. By the way an oem fuel filter housing online costs 89.99 from ford. I will never let OSSCO touch any truck I own or anyone I know that owns any type of vehicle. They wanted me to pay for their mistake and the poor work their mechanic performed that I will not name. I have heard horror stories about Ossco but didn't believe any of them until it happened to me. Stay away

We are transport drivers and live in California, my boyfriend was in desperate need of new tires and an alignment due to a previous tire shops mistake. The employees of this company did EVERYTHING they could to get him back on the road while he was over 2k miles away from home!! The staff at this location is amazing thank you for getting my boyfriend back on the road so he can safely get back home to us in sunny California! First time I did business with Doug and Rick. I decided to trade in my Case 580 backhoe for a new JCB 8025 excavator. After some negotiations we came to an agreement for the machine and a new trailer. The trailer however did not have the entry ramps that I needed. Rick quickly explained that it would not be a problem. He said "I have a new trailer that is the same as this coming from the manufacture next week. It has the ramps that you desire on it. When it comes in we will swap the ramps AT NO COST TO YOU. In fact I will not have to pay for shipping because it will already be coming." I said "Are you sure... no cost to me." He said "no ...No cost to you. It is all the same to me. I won't cost me a dime and if it will make the deal happen today then that is ok with me." OK I say. Just right it down here on our contract. And so he did. Next week came and so did the new trailer. I got a call from Rick come get the ramps we will even put them on for you. Cool I said. And so I did. I was very happy... Until the next week when I got a bill for $700. Well there must be some mistake. Nope here Rick would not talk to me. Now Doug his son took over the ramp situation. He attempted to tell me how I had to pay for shipping. I showed him the contract we had. He said "well no that is not right my dad was confused I can't just give them to you I will take them off if you don't want to pay." By The Way if you don't want them I will have to charge you to have them taken off." I'm sorry what what what. This cannot be. This is fraud. 'No that is not it." Said Doug. "Well the best I can do is split the cost with you." Or I will be forced to take the off and charge you $300 for installation anyway. Well stupid me ... for the sake of not arguing with this person for the next 12 years caved... Well little did I know this was going to be a regular practice with Doug and Rick. Tomorrow I will tell the story of how this same 8025 after just a few months of use sat in his service lot for 6 months for a warrantee issue and was never looked at.

I paid the agent $210 for setting the appointment, and I could cancel, but it would come with $100 cancellation fee. The next morning I received a call from another agent who let me know that a mobile tech was not available in our location for five days. We had to cancel, because we would no longer be camping in that location. This place is a scam. They made me sign an agreement agreeing to $100 cancellation fee. I believe the original agent I talked to lied about how quick a tech would be able to service our RV. I wish I would have checked the Yelp reviews before signing up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You will get screwed!

I was asked if I would like to spend an additional $10 for them to go over my vehicle and I declined. While waiting I heard them call multiple people and tell them all that they needed "Cabin Air filters" at a cost of $60+. **Side note: the cabin air filter is located in the glove box and cost roughly $10 and takes 5 minutes to replace**. Now I get approached with an $800 proposal of work. The proposal was for a: -fuel system cleaning (unless you are having issues this is not needed) -inspection (my inspection isn't up till the end of August and it's July 15th) -cabin air and engine filter (both are K&N and do not require changing just cleaning) These sales tactics are not only wrong they are predatory. If you don't know the basics of car maintenance you will be 100% taken advantage of by this establishment. They also display their hourly rate of $170 per hour which is ridiculous for a shop that most likely doesn't have any factory trained service technicians. To add insult to injury I discovered a fresh scuff where the technician scraped my vehicle.
