I initially questioned myself, but after reviewing my email confirmation, it was clear I had booked the correct location. This experience felt both disrespectful and frustrating, especially as someone who values her time and trusts the system. If this service cannot be reliably provided, it should be removed from the online scheduling system--or at the very least, customers should be proactively contacted if the system is malfunctioning--to prevent unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.

I have always been leery of automotive service centers, specifically card dealerships, for their unethical practices and preying on their customers in order to pocket the most money they can from those who lack understanding of the problems with their cars. I had two front tires mounted and balanced as well as having the car aligned. The service was performed in a timely fashion and the technician even checked my fluids and suspension without even asking. John, the manager did not try to upsell me in services that were not necessary which is a common practice at almost all service centers. After several months I returned to have the alignment checked and was greeted without being given excuses as to why he couldn't perform the check. I would highly recommend using this Mavis location, (Easton Rd. in Warrington, Pa),. as they are honest and stand behind there work. They had a sign $50 to check your wheel alignment and if I needed one $100 to have one done so they checked my wheel alignment and they said everything was good so I only paid them $50. at the dealership it would've cost me 139.$ dealerships are rip offs.

I do not recommend Bobs auto repair to anyone, they recently lied, said That i needed all new brakes. I took it to another shop for a second opinion and the brake measurements are safe / fine and passed inspection. Bobs also failed to oil one of the pins on our Ford F150 when they replaced the brakes. This made one side of the rear brake wear out entirely in under 3000 miles and led to needing a full set of brakes!! Bobs knew the right thing to do- they did it on one side. This business tried to do repairs on my car that I did not need, and they did faulty repairs causing hundreds of dollars of unnecessary spending on our truck. We took both vehicles about 2 miles away, to Monro on York Road and their team was AWESOME, honest and reasonable.

Curb Rash. I didn't know there was a term for scratching…read moreyour tire rims against a curb. But, there is - "Curb Rash." So, what to do when your spouse and her brand new vehicle come home with the passenger side wheels showing the result of a losing battle with the concrete curbing in front of your house? First, you calm her down and tell her this happens to everyone. Then you promise her it can be fixed at a reasonable cost. Third, you call Kwicksilver in Warrington, PA, for an appointment for them to make the wheels look brand new again. This stops the crying and upset when you explain they will take her car in Monday morning, and have it ready for pickup Wednesday afternoon. Next, you have to find their business on an industrial back street off Street Road, a minor challenge. The shop is as grimy and dusty as you can imagine after years with seeing a shopvac or nary a broom. But, while they won't win a Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval, they will doctor your wheels and nurse them back to nearly newborn condition. Friendly dudes, for sure. At $150/wheel, the price is right. I would pay more to keep my wife (and myself) in positive spirits. A gritty 5 Stars for Kwicksilver.
