Perp did not leave a note and security cameras did not capture the incident. I was hoping paintless dent repair (PDR) could be performed, knowing that the dent being placed at the crease of the aluminum fender would make for a challenging repair. I learned that a master technician named John at Thompson Detail Center at 450 N Broad Street in Doylestown was a true expert in PDR. One should be aware that this Center performs many more services than detailing, including wheel protection and restoration, PDR, scratch & dent repair, Paint Protection Film, Window Film Tints, Ceramic Coat, and more. I stopped by the Center, and John assessed the damage and provided me a very reasonable quote for the job. I dropped off this SUV the following week for the PDR to be performed. When I returned to pick it up, I was massively impressed with the quality of John's work. Both to the eye and upon feel, the fender looks like it did right out of the factory (please see the photos). I realized I had made the best choice possible by having this tech perform his craft. I will be very happy to refer family members and friends to John and Thompson Detail Center.

Banin's is the kind of company that's looked at as a local institution. They've been in business for almost 50 years (they actually sponsored my little league team when I was younger) and it's not hard to understand why. The services was terrific. No part of our discussion about my purchase felt even the slightest bit "rushed." They could have just given me what I came in asking for, but Mitch took the time to make sure it was the right product to suit my needs. The part I think deserves the highest compliment? No part of any discussion ever felt like a hidden sales pitch. Banin's prices were completely reasonable, & installation was seamless! If there's any advice I can pass along to a potential customer, it's this: Give yourself some time when you're walking in for the first time to let the staff ask you some questions. BE A LITTLE PATIENT. As every member of the staff reiterated dozens of times 'We'd rather met a customers goals correctly every time than just do it 'fast.'' Now more than ever it's important to shop locally and support small business. Banin's is truly one of the #BestinBucks. I'll absolutely be making a return trip soon
