He quickly assessed that the drain pump was not functioning correctly. He gave me a honest quote, and he asked if I wanted to make the repair. After discussing with my wife, we agreed to get the washer repaired. He had the part with him and got to work to replace the part. In addition to making the repair well, he spent time to check that the washer worked after replacing the part and that it did not leak before closing the washer up. He then moved back the washer in place even though I am the one who moved the washer in the first place. He gave me a 1-year warranty on the repair as he used a genuine LG part. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely call Home Pro Appliance again for any appliance problem.

Mike was great when I called. He also delivered the freezer. He was on time, pleasant and did a great job getting the freezer completely set up. I would definitely go there again if we need anything.
